RadiumOne has created like buttons for their ads as well as share buttons. interesting but i dont really get it. the like button only gives the company information, the user has to use both buttons to share and like simultaneously.

These apps will bring new actions such as "want" and "own" - descendents of the "Like" button - to Facebook and sites that use its plug-ins. Eventually, the verbs will appear in display ads on the site's right-hand side, as well as in users' news feeds while labeled as "featured." When it comes to retail, seeing what shoes, clothes, movie tickets, music downloads, and so on a friend "wants" or "owns" within a brand ad could positively impact the performance of paid Facebook promos. Since implementing "want" and "own" buttons in November, one of Facebook's partners - Payvment/Shopping Mall - has seen customers rise from 500,000 to more than 1.3 million without making an ad buy on the social site. The Facebook-only e-commerce player has been a partner since the f8 developer conference last fall, and it credits the new buttons with spurring a substantial holiday sales period. The Amazon-styled business has placed the "want" and "own" buttons next to each of its thousands of SKUs.

The Android piece is particularly interesting. If you're a publisher or developer with an Android app to promote, a Google+-authenticated user who is browsing around your desktop website will be prompted to download the Android app, too. Facebook brings back an old, forgotten button and revamps it to make it easier for users to share web pages around the web with smaller groups of friends.

kraft introduced smile tagging. install the smile tagging button. when people find something they like while browsing, they smile, click the button and then it will be posted to the page.  others can then look at the link the person was smiling at.

Kotaku has obtained an image of what it claims is the first "Made For iPhone" controller. Purportedly made by Logitech, the controller looks similar to the guidance images Apple released when it detailed the new iOS 7 controller API. It features what appears to be a circular D-pad, four action buttons, and a pause key. The guidance images also called for either two or four shoulder buttons to be included, but it's difficult to see from Kotaku's blurry image if the controller has any shoulder buttons at all, let alone how many.

"Like seemingly every startup currently exploring an ad-supported business model, Waze has gone native for its ad platform. Typically startups wade into advertising by working directly with brands then erecting a self-serve platform down the road. Waze sped things up. The company began testing ads in its U.S. app over the summer, working directly with Zipcar, Best Buy and a number of fuel brands and convenience store chains; at launch it has added Procter & Gamble, Dunkin' Donuts, Wyndham Hotels, Whole Foods, Jamba Juice, CircleK and Kum & Go to its advertiser roster. The direct sales channel continues, but Waze has also set up a self-serve platform for its most basic ad units. Nothing new and not groundbreaking technology. The online signature concept has been around since touchscreen phones - i.e. signing for receipts on Square and PayPal swipes. But the integration into Google Chrome is interesting. The Chrome plugin adds a "sign" button next to the "view" and "download" buttons accompanying image attachments. Simply click it, scribble in your John Hancock with your mouse, and return to sender without ever leaving your inbox.
