The gay community has a hard time defending their rights as it is, and in this article, they are still defending that it is not by choice to be gay. Many are in outrage when a woman changes from a marriage with a man to a life and engagement with a woman "by choice". Either by birth, or by choice sexuality preference will always be at debate and under scrutiny.

The famous reality TV show 'Sister Wives' is using their show to not only educate America about their religious lifestyle, but to help fight to let it be legal once again. Polygamy was outlawed in the 1890s, but it is still practiced today by many Mormon families. The religious practice has to be carefully done in secret for the fear of being convicted. The author states that Mormons just want to freely practice their faith and be left alone about it without legal consequences.

I watched the first season of Sister Wives on Netflix, and, without voicing my personal opinions on the subject, I was really surprised that people are still practicing polygamy.

We have a right to bear arms, but there is still alot of controversy arising with this 2nd Amendment right. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and mine is that if you are a responsible human being, and you are using the weapon as protection and leaving it in a safe place with the right precautions than you can have one, and you aren't abusing the right to have one. But if you are going to obtain a gun and bad decisions and leave it in places where it is easily accessable to those who shouldn't have it than you are irrisponsible and shouldn't be allowed to carry one. But, how are we supposed to sift through these personalities and find out who is capable of following the guidlines. Well...that is the million dollar question now isn't is?

The values of the special interest groups are not the same and the interest of the public with goods and serviced that are provided by forestland.

There is a great concern that the correct assessment of the public's opinion of the forest management is not reaching the Forest Management Personnel, because of the special interest groups that have the time and money to prepare and present what the special interest groups want. The writer of this article is the executive director of Law Enforcement against Prohibition and he also on narcotics policing in Maryland, and he wants Marijuana legalized. And I have to say that I agree with him all the way on this. Alot of the time we do things because we know we aren't supposed to, and it makes it that much more exciting. So, in legalizing marijuana he believes that it will reduce the crime. Every year thousands of people are murdered over battling for drug turfs. In legalizing the drug, you would eliminate the middle man, and all the danger that comes with that. Instead, you could buy it in the store or a specialty shop like you would tobacco. I say lets get this ball rollin'!

The article brings up the idea that Obama is being criticized for only supporting gay marriage for votes. The author analyzes the presidential candidates view point on gay marriage. Romney is criticized for saying he supports it, and than recently switched his opinion by stating he does not support it.

When religion and school is linked, we have many opinions regarding that issue. If religion is taught at school and teachers have a better understanding of the many different religions and important concepts of religion, then we can get a better understanding and have a better relationships with others that have a different religion.
