Flickr is a website where people can upload, share, and edit their photos. This would be a good website for teachers to use if they are trying to find photos related to their lesson plan. This website needs to be reviewed outside of the classroom.

Webs is a website creation tool that allows users to blog, share videos and photos, and engage in discussions in forums. The teacher could create a class website with pictures and videos of the children engaging in various activities. Wikispaces is an excellent tool for creating a website for a classroom. Children or teachers can create the website and continually update it. It seems to be a pretty good website since this is a wikispace!

This site allows anyone to create their own website. It is easy to use, and it can help you create an educational website. It seems to be more aimed at use for businesses, but it could easily be used to create a website for a preschool classroom to keep the parents and teachers on the same page!

This is a great site for creating a website. It is easy to use, gives you lots of options to create an individualized and unique website, and could be used in any classroom (from preschool to college!) for creating a class website to keep students, parents, and teachers on the same page.

This website is good for sharing images and videos. This would be a good tool for teachers to use to find photos related to their lesson plans or to upload photos from the classroom so parents could see. I do agree that the website should be reviewed outside of the classroom.

This website is a very good resource for teachers. They can find almost any video to use as a visual component for their lessons. It is nice because it shows videos from sites such as youtube, as well as other video websites. Teachers would also be able to upload videos of their class to share with parents or other educators.

KidVideos is like Youtube for kids. The contents of the videos are appropriate for kids with precreening and monitoring of comments. Children can watch videos in different categories and share their own online. There even contests on the website that the children can enter. Videos can be shared with the children's family. Children can have fun directing, acting, and producing their own videos and possibly creating their own show!

Early Childhood Teacher - 1 views

This blog is written by an early childhood teacher out of Florida. She uses this to update her parents and communicate with them about what is going on in the classroom. She posts entries here and there and also uploads pictures to share, which offers a balanced view of the classroom. She has it organized by recent posts, where parents can click on the title and also by categories. Additionally she has a bar on the side of her page which offers great websites and resources that parents can access.

Scholastic website is well-organized and has good resources available. One can sort online learning activities by age level, including Pre K-K activities. The blog appears to be the same as Christina's Classroom (Christian Germano).
