The website contains a variety of quizzes, that you can try out.  It is really easy to make a quiz with an uploaded image of your choice from clip art or your computer.  Be creative and use power point to make an image and develop a quiz.  It worked on the android tablet and is free.

This is a must try site which provides an amazing 3D world which teaches English and maths core skills. Players race against two other randomly chosen online players of a similar level. The questions start out very easy and adapt to the performance of the player. The questions are read out and some are displayed on the screen. The player just clicks on the correct multiple choice answer to increase their speed. There is a download for PCs and Macs as well as apps for iPad and Android. There are teacher accounts which allow you to make logins for lots of children quickly. When there log in students will be asked to design an avatar. This looks pretty good, but it appears that it would be a long distance call from the US. It also appears that there is an app that may circumvent this, however there app is only iOS based. Is anyone aware of anything based in the US or Android based?

My last post was incorrect. Though I am still unable to find an Android App, it appears there may be one. There is also a list of international phone numbers so I am able to call within the United States. It was easy to record a phone cast. Next up, trying to figure out how to broadcast live. Ok, so I can easily setup a podcast, but is there a way to stream live using the live phonecast feature? It appears that I can only record and publish.

This is an amazing site that allows you to share your screen live with up to 250 viewers for free. You can even view the screencast on ipad/iPhone and Android phones. Perhaps most exciting of all is that you can use the site to control the viewed computer remotely, a useful feature for fixing any computer problems from afar.
