Shaun Gray on 09 Sep 13President Obama has recently made a statement regarding proposed reforms to the government surveillance programs U.S. citizens recently became aware of. Among the things proposed are reforms to section 215 of The Patriot Act which grants a lot of power to override the constitution to the executive branch. The author contends that these proposed reforms could go either way and that is why they are "vague".
