"Nothing in the Constitution guarantees our right to vote", states Politifact prize winning website. Even though the right to vote is most mentioned in the Constitution, legislatures around the country have been trying to deny that right to millions of Americans. Voter ID's are now being required, which basically is a law erected by the goverment to attempt to keep, the poor, elderly, and minority members of society from excercising their right to vote.

Is privacy real? Google records websites visited on computers to pop up ads, that's how they make their money. Privacy is seeming less like a right and more of a goal. With surveillance of the government are infringing more upon citizens privacy. Why should the government be able to view our emails when Hillary Clinton deletes all of hers and is backed by the FBI?

I completely agree. I feel that privacy is a mere illusion in our society. Just because their is no paper trail, does not mean that there is no digital fingerprint. The government has always been a double-standard in how they have the power to make the rules, and yet they break them. People like Hillary just have more connections and the means to get themselves out of trouble.

This was a very interesting article. It does give a lot of truths about how the goverment has gone behind our backs and gone through people's private information at times. It is not fair at all for the government to be doing something like this without reasonable suspicion and a court order.

Trump has proposed a policy to stop refugees coming into the country. That has horrible consequences. It says to the world that the US will not help offer help in times of need. It also leads to families being separated as refugees already in the US won't be able to get their families to come over too.

Thank you for sharing this article, I personally and politically believe in helping refugees. One of the great things I have loved about America is how helpful and open the US has previously been in accepting refugees. I'm saddened that this may no longer be the case with the Trump Administrative.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is currently in the battle of surviving. In this article it shows all the support, information on the program, and how many lives will be affected.

I personally know a lot of people myself that will be strongly affected if DACA is removed. I believe that criminals should be penalized but not the people that are actually trying to do something right, pay their taxes, work, and go to school. Like the articles states, America is the only country some people have ever known, it would be devastating if DACA is eliminated.
