A neighborhood in Denver is upset about their HOA's proposal to ban sidewalk chalk. A grandmother complains that this new rule is unjust and she will allow her granddaughter to continue to use her sidewalk chalk.

When you buy a home you think that you own the house and property, but when you live in a homeowner's association you don't. Many HOA have strict rules and restrictions that are not printed in to the rules books. If you do not follow the rules to the boards opinion, then they can sell your home from under you.
