I know I'm late to this discussion, but wanted to go on record as saying that I hope the new release includes PRIVATE RSS ADDRESSES (a la Google Calendar and many of the other online productivity apps.)

I don't think a user should have to make his/her bookmarks public in order to embed them into feed readers, Firefox, or widgets. Of course, being able to do so by tag, list, etc. would be most excellent, but even just a single straight feed of all saved bookmarks would be a big step in the right direction.

I am experiencing the same redirect error on one of my machines as well.

I just started with a completely new Firefox profile & installed only the Diigo toolbar and the error immediately began appearing.

The error appears on my PC at home:

- XP Home SP2
- Firefox 2.0.0.6
- Diigo toolbar 1.0.2007081101
- no other Firefox extensions installed
- ZoneAlarm 7.0.337.000

(I have tried it with the firewall both on and off -- no change)

My office machine, which does not produce the error:

- XP Pro SP2
- Firefox 2.0.0.6
- Diigo toolbar 1.0.2007081101
- many other Firefox extensions

Before I commit my heart & soul to Diigo I'm trying to give each feature a thorough workout. One thing I can't seem to find any clear information on is whether the "Extract Highlights" feature can be limited to extracting only YOUR OWN highlights & comments. Various reviews I've read (and the help section here) seem to IMPLY that this is the way it works, but in my experience that's not the case. Am I doing something wrong?

(I'm also a bit baffled by the All / Private toggle on the Show Annotations toolbar menu, as it seems to have no effect -- Diigo isn't displaying ANY annotations until I click the toolbar button to open the bookmark window.)

Thanks for responding. I do know that these features exist, I'm just not sure that they're working properly for me. When the online help is updated, I hope there are more screenshots that show Diigo behavior in various scenarios.

I've now discovered the source of my confusion -- public PAGE COMMENTS appear to be included when "extracting highlights" but actual highlight comments and sticky notes ("Annotations") are not. The terminology doesn't seem to be very consistent or self-evident in places, I guess, but I've got it now. :-)
