    Hi Graham,

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I should have selected my words a bit more carefully....

    > the newest ver of Diigo for FF 3.5.

A: yes, I've downloaded and installed 3.1.6.16. However, I currently have disabled Diigo on my FF browser since it continues to lock-up my FF browser.

What's your operating system? OS version?
    A: Mac OS X

    > I launch the Diigo browser
A: meant to say toolbar, not browser. I know Diigo is not a browser. Sorry.

    > my FF hangs/locks-up. Can you provide more details about those symptoms?
A: Each time I log-on to the Diigo toolbar and launch a new FF page, it browser begins to lock-up on me. In other words, the cursor spins non-stop and I don't have the option to navigate freely to other tabs in FF. In Windows, this is recognized as the perpetual "hour-glass"?

    Hope that clarifies? Thanks-

Diigo toolbar IE7 bug - 128 views

I am running into the same issues.

I recently had to reinstall Diigo on IE7 and now the toolbar (1.) disappears everytime a new window pops up, and (2.) when I sign-in again, I can't seem to bookmark the page that I'm on.

Need to trouble-shoot this issue ASAP as I have an upcoming conference to attend and plan to use Diigo for part of my demo.

    Help! : (

And one other clarification, it doesn't seem to be a cookie issue because "persistent cookie" is enabled within my security settings.

Diigo : The End Of Bookmarks? - 2 views

  • Diigo needs to try to get with Microsoft and Firefox to try to get it as an install option by default. This would open up their user base to more that just us tech geeks.

Has anyone had success running Diigo across LinkedIn using Vista? I know Diigo works fine on Vista when I'm running queries across other search engines (Live, Google, Yahoo, etc.). However, when I try to run a search query on LinkedIn (via my Diigo toolbar), Diigo suddenly appears logged off. I'm running Vista on my work laptop...so I'm thinking this is the primary issue. I don't experience any of these issues when running on XP.

Funny comment.... if it was so easy to design then why didn't they do it first?
