Connect is a publicly accessible web resource provided by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Its aim is to provide schools and families with the best resources from across the internet which can be used for learning.

Connect Secondary is an education site (DEECD - Department of Education and Early Childhood Education) designed to help you locate great resources to help you study.

The Victorian DEECD portal to high quality teaching and learning resources for schools. It enables teachers to Find, Use and Share Education resources. It is open to all teachers anywhere in the world and is located at www.education.vic.gov.au/teacher. It is free to use and managed by the Victorian Education Department. FUSE connects teachers to resources from across the world, Connect, Digilearn, Knowledgebank, the Learning Federation content and thousands of web resources recommended by Victorian teachers. In addition, it contains new resources provided by trusted education partners such as National Gallery of Victoria, the State Library, Museum Victoria, and Zoos Victoria. There are also access pages for students and early childhood children.

The Merit Protection Boards is an independent statutory body established to hear grievances; appeals and reviews from employees of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (Victoria).

The Virtual Learning Network (VLN) supports the concept of classrooms without walls, where students and educators have the flexibility to connect with their classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NCAC is responsible for the administering Child Care Quality Assurance systems for Australian child care services. The NCAC website provides information for child care professionals, families looking for and using child as well and resources including reports, statistics and links.

Listen2Learners was held on Monday 11 October, 2010 at Experimedia, State Library of Victoria. The Department partnered with 13 school teams from Victoria and interstate to provide an opportunity for decision makers in government, business, industry and the social arena to meet and learn from digital learners. Listen2Learners provided participants with the chance to meet digital learners, find out who they are, and see how they really learn, communicate and collaborate. What young people think and have to say is helping to shape decisions and inform policies.
