中国对民主的理解是,政府为人民的利益奋斗。这是父母官的态度。这是所谓中国式的民主。西方社会的民主意味着选举领导人,要竞选,执政党能够被代替。这个观点他们并不认为是中国式的民主。人权也是一样。人权被中国领导层理解为政府关怀人民,政府给人民各种各样的爱护。而不是说,你有权力来挑战政府,来批评政府。

Aggregate data like this is a terrific resource for those of us interested in researching circumvention tool usage, and not much of a privacy risk for the circumventing users if it is only stored (as well as displayed) in the aggregate.
