Change is a mindset. Leading change takes vision and courage

Change IS good. Here are 5 reasons why.

Think on these questions: (1) Why are should these features define the essence of leadership in your schooling organization,and (2) how will you not only lead change, but how will you specifically make these critical features relevant to the work you are doing to lead?

Although the simplicity of this article can be deceiving, it echos the phrase I've heard my mentor use many times before "leaderhsip comes down to how you treat people." I strive to live up to her words each day as I am met daily with the changes in public education.
