Competition in the cloud file management will be hard. Dropbox, Box, Drive, Skydrive, .... great actors, with a lot of interesting features. I think Box missed the opportunity to have a great Google Apps integration, they didn't follow our suggestions, implementing Google Docs is a very odd way, and Google now has done with Drive what Box could have done years before. So for most of our customers, it's better to use Drive than Box, even if Box features are by themselves more interesting. But with no correct integration of Google Docs, this doesn't allow to use thme in the google Apps environment.

Good news about this is that pure players of the internet are improving their security dramatically. This is very good, and a necessary step for everybody. It's why also Google is so much secure than the others, they have taken already all this actions few years ago, because fully of the security problems.

This is the big question. You know my answer, in the future we'll not need anymore files, because everything will be manager online (produced and consumed online). I'm living with this all day, the only files I'm managing are those received from external people. Myself I'm not producing anymore files, everything is produced on a SaaS service (mind maps, docs, spreadsheets, accounting, billing, timesheet, bug tracking, development tracking, sales pipeline, CRM, task management, etc...)

C'est n'importe quoi les conseils qui sont donnés. Ils datent d'il y a 10 ans ! Ca ne résoud aucun problème de suivre ce genre de conseils, c'est beaucoup trop tard pour changer les habitudes et résorber la saturation du nombre de messages et de son traitement. La seule solution est de franchir une nouvelle étape en matière de travail collaboratif, et de ne plus utiliser la messagerie pour collaborer, mais seulement pour communiquer. Ce qui implique l'utilisation en parallèle d'environnements de travail collaboratif complémentaires à la messagerie électronique. Google Apps est actuellement l'environnement le plus simple et le plus complet à déployer fonctionnant sur ces nouveaux principes, valable aussi bien pour des petites entreprises que pour des très grandes de plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'employés. Il en existe bien entendu d'autres à  peu près équivalent.
