The system is set up so that the home page that first pops up on the system when loggen into is geared to your actual jod. So if you were a front desk agent the check in screen would immediately come up or if u were in sales management the sales screen would immediately pop up. This system is said to be so easy to use that training time with the system will lower significantly.
