Unlike the masala oriented themes that filmmakers used to target, debutant director Faraz Haider decided to showcase the relations between the two countries, India-Pakistan, in a light manner in his upcoming film War Chhod Na Yaar, starring Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Jaaved Jaaferi. It is India’s first war comedy based film.For choosing this odd and controversial concept, the young filmmaker said he and his team have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides (India and Pak). Faraz shares, “Until now, almost all films made on Indo-Pak issues showed Pakistan in a bad light. I'm not saying it is wrong, nor am I pointing fingers at anyone. Also, the purpose behind making this film is not to hurt Pakistan or its people. We’ve shown the human side of all army men, Indian or Pakistani, without forgetting their sacrifices for their countries. But we have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides.”He explained that the initial days on the film weren’t easy. “When I thought of making this film, many people close to me told me not to touch this topic as it would be too sensitive. I understand India and Pakistan have a lot of problems which need an immediate solution. But instead of solving them, we're busy fighting over unimportant issues,” he said.Produced by AOPL Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, War Chhod Na Yaar is coming in theaters on October 11.

Tigmanshu Dhulia brings Saif Ali Khan back with bang, as he stars in the former’s upcoming film Bullett Raja. Speaking on the association, Dhulia says, "I worked with Soha Ali Khan on Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns and I'm sure she spoke to her brother about this script. Saif, in turn, expressed a desire to work together. To have an actor with a vernacular image playing this role would have been boring.'' "I needed someone like Saif, who is charming and sophisticated, because it's more of a challenge to get him to play something the audience will not normally associate him with. My hero is not dark and intense. He is endearing and impulsive. In fact, Saif never starts a fight in the film, but he ensures he always finishes it.'' In the film, Saif is teamed up with Sonakshi Sinha. Tigmanshu says, "After years, I saw a screen couple that has the Amitabh-Rekha magic. Saif and Sona are in sharp contrast with each other and therein lies the interest factor. Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence loves to play Katniss Everdeen in the sci-fi adventure drama the Hunger Games: Catching Fire, where she had to eat raw fish in order to get into the skin of her character.Recently the 23-year-old said in a statement, "I had to eat a raw fish! And not like a sushi raw fish. I held a fish and had to eat it. And for the record, it tastes exactly how it smells." She further revealed that the crew of the movie kept on motivating her to do it. "They kept saying its Sushi and I am like, I am beholding it and I don’t like fish. But no, I don’t care, give me some soya sauce on it and give me some rice."Meanwhile, what comes as exciting news was that Lawrence was worried she would get bored playing Katniss. ''I actually really worried at the beginning of these movies that I would get so bored of playing the same person for so long. But I still love playing Katniss and I am really looking forward to being her again.
