Many consider that the life of an actor is very easy, however, there is no truth to that in actual, as their life is rather full of thrill and drama, which they have to cope with while shooting for their films. Many a times, we have heard about an actor getting injured while shooting for a film.Last it was Hrithik Roshan, who had received a head injury while shooting for his upcoming film Bang Bang. Now latest to fall victim is singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar, who received severe cuts on his left cheek while shooting stunts scenes in Bangkok.  It is learnt that he was shooting for a television commercial for a multinational brand, when he cut his face and was rushed to the hospital. As luck would have it, he didn’t receive any serious injuries, and he made his way to the sets after doctors stitched up his cut. Sources say that earlier Ali’s body double had to perform the stunts, but he didn’t resemble the current long-hair and French beard Ali is sporting. Hence, Ali decided to do it himself, and in turn, he injured his face. Fortunately things are under control now, and we wish the actor speedy recovery!

Numero uno actress Deepika Padukone was lauded in a huge manner for her dance performance in Nagada Sang Dhol from Ram-Leela. However, if given the chance to performance again on the song, she feels it would be almost impossible for her to do it without film’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.In fact, the actress feels that the song’s popularity was the least expected of the lot. "There were other songs in the album which we thought would become popular, this was the underdog. In fact, I am doing a show where I am expected to recreate that magic but I don't think I'll be able to do that if I don't have Sanjay to direct," said Deepika.For those unaware, Deepika will be performing at the Temptation Reloaded show in Dubai on Sunday with stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit. Recently, she also completed the shooting of Homi Adajania’s directorial English film Finding Fanny Fernandes."It should be ready to release soon," she revealed. "I am also doing Happy New Year with Abhishek Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, all fun boys to work with. Aamir Khan had to be on medication to keep nausea down for days when the actor was shooting for Dhoom 3’s song, Malang. The song has been shot at a huge height of about 80 feet and Aamir was to rotate 60 times in a minute for the same.Aamir plays the role of a gymnast in Dhoom 3 and this was required. It is the first time the actor will be doing a thing like that. However, the perfectionist that he is, the actor willingly took it up without complaints and wanted to do it just the right way. It took the team about 15 days to complete the shoot of the song and Aamir Khan was on medication for those many days. The medication was to help him keep nausea down. As he was at a huge height, taking turns, it is human to feel nauseated.Also to make sure all is well, the makers of the movie specially called a doctor, who works with gymnasts, to be on the sets to help Aamir. Dhoom 3 is a high on energy song. In terms of scale or budgets it is going to be massive. The song is around the central theme of gymnastic and will have 200 dancers in the frame.Spokesperson of Aamir Khan says, "The song was being shot at about 80 feet from the ground. To do this, Aamir was on special medication to be able to perform at ease without major effects on his health."

Films capture journeys but in Imtiaz Ali's much-awaited Highway, the journey has made the film. Presented by Sajid Nadiadwala and starring Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda, the film traverses six states of north India and captures the landscape of the different regions as it goes along.Highway Diaries, are short video snippets that capture the journey of the film and all the exciting experiences that the cast and crew had during its making.In the latest episode of Highway Diaries, the film crew is seen shooting on their way to Ajmer from Gurgaon. They have just crossed Haryana and the director Imtiaz Ali and his team savour the daal-roti at a dhaba near the Haryana-Rajasthan border check-post. Pointing towards the check-post, Imtiaz Ali says, “We have just crossed into Rajasthan and in that distance I think the texture of the food has changed”.Highway will release on February 21st 2014!

Being a Gujarati, Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi has all the traits of the community, and as the Navratri festival is on full-swing, he is also keen on getting into dandiya mode. He wants to pick up the dandiya sticks and dance his way out."I love dandiya. Being a Gujarati, dandiya is in my blood. During my college days, I was a champion in dandiya and used to win the first prize in it," Sharman said.Sharing past memories of the festival, he said, "During this time, you are allowed to go out even at night and play dandiya, besides you have girls in your groups too. This makes it the best time." His film Gang of Ghosts is a remake of the 2012 Bengali film Bhooter Bhabishyat, of which he says, "Gang... is a great concept, very unique and exceptional. Though it has an ensemble cast, I chose to be part of it as I have seen the original and was very impressed. I play the character that Sabyasachi Chakrabarty did in the Bengali version, that of a struggling writer. And this is the only character that has been changed slightly in the Hindi version while the other characters remain the same."Next he will be seen in Faraz Haider’s war comedy War Chhod Na Yaar, which also stars Jaaved Jaffrey, Soha Ali Khan and Sanjay Mishra. It will release on October 11.

Elli Avram, the actress and model of Swedish-Greek origin, who has been eliminated from the Bigg Boss - Saath 7 house can't hide her gratitude for the warmth that the reality show's host and Bollywood star Salman Khan's extended to her during the show."I don't know why he was so nice to me. He is a big superstar. And his kindness meant a lot to me. I think he sensed that I was all alone in Bigg Boss house. The only foreigner. He helped me feel comfortable in Bigg Boss by just the way he spoke to me. Of course, I soon became comfortable in there. I've learnt a lot of Hindi in there," said Elli, who was evicted on Saturday.Elli comes out from Bigg Boss with a good feeling about most of the inmates. There have been speculations since sometime around that the estranged couple of B-town, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is set to join Bollywood. And now the latest buzz has that the teenager already has the permission of her father. But there is a condition that she first completes her education. Saif and Amrita married in 1991, and they share two children - daughter Sara and a son. The couple went separate ways in 2004, and now Saif is happily married to Kareena Kapoor Khan."She is in America in college in Colombia University. She will have a degree and then she is free to choose whatever she wants to do. She can live and work anywhere in the world, she can come back here and join films, or become lawyer. It is upto her," said Saif.The actor-producer also said that her daughter will have his full support if she chooses to become an actress. But he did advice her to lose some weight. "If she chooses to be here then she will have to lose weight. I think it is better to concentrate on education and have some backing. What if you are not successful as an actor? Then you will be stuck with no job also."Though you get lot of things as an actor, there is a lot of pressure. It is not a normal life as you don't have time for the little things in life. Supermodel Naomi Campbell recently appeared on a TV chat show, where she went on to cry while revealing about her anger management issues. Campbell, 43, gave away various things as she appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show, as she spoke on how anger management classes did wonders to her life.You may know that due to her bad temper, Campbell was arrested as she had thrown mobile phones at her staff. She said, "I made anger management serious. Anger is an emotion. There were things I had to deal with. You have to deal with it. I'm crying, you made me cry."Then, she talked about her earlier addiction to cocaine, which went on for five years. However, she let go of the habit, after realizing that it was ruining her life. "I don't want to go back. No matter what it is that you're addicted to - you can be addicted to work - all it is, is an escapism. It's escaping something, no matter what. "For me, I came to my realisation at 29 that I didn't like myself the way I was, and that was it. Every day is a new day - I'm no perfect human being. Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth, who was recently in news for his split with controversial girlfriend Miley Cyrus, is said to have hurt his finger in a bid to make an impression on fans by playing a daring game of Five Finger Fillet in front of them.All set to be seen in upcoming film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Hemsworth, 23, was participating in a press show when he by chance struck his finger while playing the game in which a player places his palm down, spreads his fingers and attempts to stab in between the spaces with a sharp object.Not only that he ended up hurting his finger, but in the process he also damaged a $10,000 table. While about the incident on the chat show, Hemsworth said, "It was the first stop we did on The Hunger Games press tour and I wanted to impress everyone and I'd had a couple of drinks. I missed a little bit on the little pinky - see the black dot? Apparently it was a $10,000 table as well that I ruined." Speaking about the same, Hemsworth said that he always believed that he can’t ever go wrong in this game, as he has been playing it since long. "I used to do it a lot in science class when I was in high school - I didn't love science class. So I'd sit there in this class and use my pen to do this. You start with a pen and work your way up to a knife," said Hemsworth.

It has quite a few years since TV heartthrobs Mohit Sehgal and Sanaya Irani has been seeing each other. But when writers pen down characters, they keep our personalities in mind and that hasn't happened yet. We were approached for Nach Baliye last year but it didn't work out then. The actress has been receiving rave review for her portrayal and says it has now become my identity. Initially Jhanvi was negative but now she has turned positive and now I can relate myself to the character of Jhanvi. Jhanvi has now become my identity. People have lots of sympathy towards Jhanvi and I am loving it.”The actress admits that her character is quite similar to her. “I am finding it very easy to get myself involved in this character. Gori Tere Pyaar Mein actor Imran Khan says he has had the best time working in the movie, and it was one of the most entertaining work experiences that he has had till date. "For me this is the most fun film. What makes it special is the chemistry and interaction between me and Kareena Kapoor Khan. That is what makes the film stand up," said Imran."Kareena and I have good chemistry. I think we look good together. Part of the reason is because inherently we understand each other as actors," said Imran, who was in London with his leading lady Kareena. The film has been helmed by Punit Malhotra, and produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions.The actor said that the film has the target audience in younger couples and the family audience. "Karan likes his films to reach out across the audiences and he likes to make his films family friendly. You can watch it with your parents and parents can take their kids to watch it," he said.He also added that it was picturised in many locations. "The first half is primarily shot in Bangalore where the romance begins. The second half was shot outside Bhuj in Gujarat, then Wai outside Pune in Maharashtra and then in Filmcity. It was a difficult film to shoot. We were shooting outdoors in the peak of summer in May and June - it was over 45 degrees every single day."The film comes out on November 22!
