This news can cause a big worry to the fans of Ramleela star Ranveer Singh, as the actor, who is hospitalized in a suburban Mumbai hospital after being diagnosed with dengue, has shown no signs of improvement, even after being admitted for more than 60 hours.Ranveer is admitted to the Hinduja Surgical Health Care in Khar. Sources claim that the actor is currently put in isolation, and the doctors had even contemplated of shifting him to Intensive Care unit, but decided otherwise. "Ranveer's platelet count is not improving and he is experiencing excruciating pain in his bones and severe bouts of shivering. His parents are keeping vigil but they too are not allowed to meet him," said the sources. Singh, 28, contracted the disease when he was shooting in the coalmines of Durgapur, West Bengal. However, despite being unwell, he ignored it and continued shooting till the shoot’s wrap. And once he returned to Mumbai, he was diagnosed with an advanced stage of dengue. "He didn't pay much attention to it but if he was diagnosed two days earlier his condition may not have worsened the way it has," added the sources. Speaking of his alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone, it is learnt that she has not paid him any visit so far, as she is out of Mumbai. Sources said, "She is currently in Goa, busy shooting for Homi Adajania's film. But I guess she keeps herself updated about his condition."Get well soon, chap!

One look at Ranveer Singh’s chiseled body in Ramleela’s recently released song Ram ji ki chaal, and it is just impossible not to get becharmed by his persona. No wonder Ranveer is superlative with the response he has been getting post the release of the song.In fact, the chap is rather satisfied to get an opportunity to leave an imprint of his fit frame on celluloid. "It's probably the most intense training programme that I have been through to get in that kind of shape for Ram ji ki chaal. It's well worth it now that I see it on screen," the 28-year-old said in a video of the making of the song. "I am very happy that I looked like that at least once in my life and that it is imprinted on celluloid," he added. Meanwhile, the actor, who was admitted in Mumbai’s suburban hospital after being diagnosed with dengue, has been discharged and advised to take proper rest; however, we don’t see that happening, as he is already keen on making a comeback to work.Says a crew member, “Ranveer is trying to make up for lost time. We cancelled the music launch for the film, as we wanted to start the promotional activities with Ranveer and Deepika Padukone together. Since he seems to be recovering, he has decided to kick start the process and has agreed to give interviews over the phone.”The film stars him opposite Deepika Padukone, and is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It is set in Gujarat, and releases on November 15.

It is a known fact that Deepika Padukone was approached for the seventh part of Hollywood flick Fast and Furious, but due to her recent released film Ram Leela, she couldn’t take it up. However, the gorgeous actress says she does not regret being unable to make her debut in English film world.“I don't regret it. I had to work out things for Ram Leela here, I couldn't have left the process mid way, and I had given my commitment here first. Looking at the way the film Ram Leela has got response, I feel good as my hard work has paid off,” shares the long less.Deepika, 27, make her plans clear that she is still open to doing films whenever the right offer comes up. “I would love to do a Hollywood film. Beauty queen and Bollywood’s one the most sought out actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has recently indicated to her director that she will choose the producer for the project. As per the sources, a producer of Aishwarya’s forthcoming film, which might be directed by Prahlad Kakar, issued a statement that she had given green-light for his film. On the announcement, Ash, who was in Kolkata on that day, was reportedly unhappy with the news leak.  She is happy to do a film with her husband Abhishek Bachchan and has also indicated that she may do a film directed by Prahlad Kakar. But if gossipmongers have to be believed then she has asked her film director that she will choose the producer for the project. According to the director's side, it had come out that there will be final narration given to the diva around October 15 or so and also that the project may take off in the beginning of 2014. However, if given the chance to performance again on the song, she feels it would be almost impossible for her to do it without film’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.In fact, the actress feels that the song’s popularity was the least expected of the lot. "There were other songs in the album which we thought would become popular, this was the underdog. In fact, I am doing a show where I am expected to recreate that magic but I don't think I'll be able to do that if I don't have Sanjay to direct," said Deepika.For those unaware, Deepika will be performing at the Temptation Reloaded show in Dubai on Sunday with stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit. Actor Jimmy Shergil and director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s collaboration has been running ever since the latter debuted in Bollywood with Haasil. Be it Charas, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns or latest release Bullett Raja, Jimmy is one common thing in all the mentioned films.Released on November 28, Bullett Raja features Saif Ali Khan in the title role with his lady of affection being Sonakshi Sinha. Jimmy plays Saif’s partner in crime and has covered prominent part in the film. While Saif plays a character with an adventurous streak, Jimmy plays a much more headstrong guy.“The three of us have a lot of sequences together though, as you can see from the promos. The film's script is such that it brings us together. It would definitely have been a different space for Sonakshi to be working with Tigmanshu. However I could sense that Sonakshi was comfortable in what she was doing. As for Saif then well, he adapted to things so well from day one. He was bang on as the character. According to me, it is one of his finest performances. No one has ever seen Saif on these lines,” averred Jimmy.About the director, he added, “Tigmanshu was clear from the very beginning during the narration stage itself that bond between Saif and I had to be very prominent right through the film's narrative. Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan, who rarely gets to see in Hindi films, recently appeared in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s action thriller Bullett Raja opposite Saif Ali Khan  and Jimmy Shergil. He says he is a big fan of Tigmanshu’s films and was surprised when he called him for a role in his film.“My jaw dropped when I was first offered Bullett Raja. I met Tigmanshu Dhulia for the first time over dinner in Lucknow. As we were about to finish he said that I was doing his film. I was very happy to be a part of his film. I have been a big fan of him since Haasil. He makes my kind of cinema. The characters in his films are excellent,” said Ravi, who portrayed the role of a woman in Bullett Raja.He says the role was quite challenging. “This has been my most challenging role in the 22 years of my career. I have never played a woman. I also make out with a woman in the film, while wearing a sari. It's completely mad,” reveals Ravi.Produced by Fox Star Studios, Bullett Raja also features Sonakshi Sinha, Gulshan Grover, Chunky Pandey, Jimmy Shergil, Vidyut Jamwal and others. The star-kid recently talked about his childhood memories during the launch of Vimala Veeraraghavan and Shalini Singh's book Teenage Blues, where he went on to admit that his father always treated him as his buddy, and now he wants to be exact same to his daughter, Aaradhya."I wore my father's shoes when I was just 11 and since then he has always been a buddy and his idea of parenting was and he said this to me at a very young age. He said I will never hide anything from you. I will incorporate you in all your decisions and I will always ask you my opinion but your job is to make sure your opinion is something I can listen to," he said.He also revealed that Big B always treated him and his sister as equals. "And he always treated me as equal. Although we knew that we weren't but his behavior towards my sister and I was always the same. It is unfortunate it couldn't happen. I don't know why things did not work out. I think there is a prejudice against TV actors. I was working on TV, and if I was considered for it is a big thing.”Happy New Year, a story which revolves around a bunch of male friends and how situation forces them to participate in a dance competition, is being directed by Farah Khan. The female lead will apparently play the role of a bar dancer, who will help these friends win the dance trophy. It also features Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani in prominent roles. It will also mark Naseeruddin Shah’s son Vivaan Shah’s debut.
