Tired from listening to complaints from costumers, Apple finally decided to do something about the battery length on the iPhone 4S. Apple released 5 iPhone battery cases that will extend the length of your battery. Although the cases aren't exactly pretty I guess we'll just have to manage with those for now.

Ford vehicles got a major upgrade! The vehicle will read you text messages while you drive and you are able to reply back. This was done so that drivers will reduce texting while driving. It will make things THAT much safer. Hopefully people will take advantage of this upgrade and car accidents will be reduced to a certain amount.

The iPhone 4s was in stores on October 14th and sold 4 million copies, doubling the iPhone 4's sales. This surprised me because when I first heard of the iPhone 4s, it seemed rushed. I thought the 4s was just something to put in the market while Apple was trying to make adjustments for the iPhone 5. I'm starting to think that whatever Apple puts releases into the market, consumers will just buy buy buy.

All Blackberry users including myself were all ticked off after the 3 day service outage. As an apology, RIM (company that makes Blackberrys) decided to offer 12 free apps for Blackberry users. (Bejeweled, Texas Hold'em Poker 2, Bubble Bash and Shazam Encore) On top of that RIM has given us one month of technical support. I admit that RIM is trying hard to get back on track but sadly this isn't going to keep customers from switching phones. :$

Netflix is starting to slowly impress us bit by bit. They've signed an agreement with both CBC and Warner Bros. Recently Netflix has also signed an agreement with The CW. Shows like Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries and One Tree Hill and future shows will be available on Netflix starting Oct.15. Signing agreements with these programs will definitely give Netflix a boost.   

Two days ago it has been reported that a 36 year old Texas man attacked his wife for not 'liking' his status on Facebook. Benito made a status update about the anniversary of his mother's death. Angry that his wife made no response he punched her in the cheek and pulled her hair under the influence of alcohol. He was later arrested and is scheduled to appear in court soon. Just how much is Facebook impacting our lives?!

Studies have shown that Facebook is not responsible for decreasing our grades. Could this be true? On average, students spend at least 106 minutes on Facebook a day. This is only a decrease of 12 points in total which is not an significant amount. A man named Junco thinks that Facebook can be used effectively as an educational context. Is Facebook going to be part of our homework now? If so, I'd be getting straight A's.

Technology is just amazing these days and surprises us all. Sloan Churman was born deaf and for 29 years she has relied on reading lips and hearing aids. About 8 weeks ago she had an implant called The Esteem Implant by Envoy Medical and for the first time Sloan was able to hear her voice. Just wish that the expenses for these things were a bit cheaper, that way more people would be able to get this implant.

A lot of people are starting to think that Facebook is getting too complicated. We need plain and simple just like the food old times. And some of Facebooks new features are definitely not helping. Many Facebook users think that the new layout is confusing and difficult to use. Facebook should get some advice from Apple asap.

Angry birds have everything now. Games, plush toys, clothes and now the all new speakers. The red bird speaker allows you to connect with the iPhone, iPad etc. The speakers are all coming this fall. CAN'T WAIT.

Apparently Facebook has hid the Poke button behind the settings menu making it pretty unlikely for visitors to see it on your profile. The sad thing is that Facebook users haven't noticed.  The problem is that nobody knows what the Poke button is used for. Some think its used for flirting or saying hello. In my opinion, I would rather just send a message to them instead of poking them.  Pokes are a waste of time.

Finally the release date of Apple's iPhone 5 has been announced. The iPhone 5 is expected to be in stores on Thursday, Oct. 13. But most likely we might be able to see it in stores earlier.

Pedro Alejandro has created an alarm app that is called "Wake N Shake.' There is no snooze button. The only way to shut off the alarm is by shaking your iPhone. Check out the video above for a  quick demonstration. 

You just received a detention from your homeroom teacher because you did not finish your homework. The reason? FACEBOOK. Americans are spending too much time on social networks(23%). Allowing us to download the networks onto our phones(smartphones) is part of the reason why it is raising our numbers. But what's sad is that this information is no longer surprising to us.
