Welcome to the fall LwICT Mentoring Institute! This institute is an opportunity for divisional LwICT implementation team members to engage in professional learning about how to mentor colleagues on Literacy with ICT Across the Curriculum.
SchoolWAX TV was designed with students, teachers, and parents in mind. All uploaded videos are pre-screened and approved by our moderators before ever showing up on the site. It may take 1 to 2 days for an uploaded video to appear for that very fact, but we know that being able to guarantee 100% safe educational content makes it worth the slight delay.

The paper presents and questions the main claims made about digital natives
and analyses the nature of the debate itself. We argue that rather than being empirically and theoretically informed, the debate can be likened to an academic form of a 'moral panic'. We propose that a more measured and disinterested approach is now required to investigate 'digital natives' and their implications for education.
