This is the working wiki for my 8847 final project.

This inforgraphic provides data to the reader in an engaging, well-organized manner. It introduces a number of terms that can be built upon later in trainings, and it does so in an easily accessible, yet engaging manner. It allows one, later, to reference the specific information during discussions or other activities. This format is more desirable and potentially effective than other mediums because it is concise and easily manageable. It doesn't require a great deal of reading to understand, which is important in pre-training.

The first impression on this site was that it would have been an audio and visual presentation of movie maker how to. This tutorial became quickly less appealing when there was no sound and it was all text with nice visual effects. This site focused on behavioral activity because it used chunking to break down the parts of the tutorial into manageable sections. After reviewing this website it lead to the assumption that it was technology centered approach because this tutorial has no connection of prior knowledge or any type of feedback (Mayer, 2010).

This site is a source for a variety of graphic organizers. It allows students/teaches to visually organize data in ways that make sense to them. This site if better than other because it offers more designs to choose from.

The SMARTSheets™ are specialized, discipline specific graphic organizers that can be tailored individually to each student to address Common Core State Standards and enhance highly engaging strategic instruction.
* I found Makes Sense Strategies to be better than other graphic organizer websites because it provides a research-based tool of resources to assist teachers with the implementation of the Common Core State Standards. The plethora of resources for K-12 teachers of all subject areas is a bonus few other graphic organizer websites have.

Yammer will be used by the participants to post and share the training video that was made with the company. This allows the appraisers to share information with one other in a private social network. This resource was chosen because it allows us to create a private social network.
