Yammer will be used by the participants to post and share the training video that was made with the company. This allows the appraisers to share information with one other in a private social network. This resource was chosen because it allows us to create a private social network.

Anymeeting will be used by my participants to communicate with each other and create a presentation training presentation. The software gives the participants the power to share information with each other. Anymeeting was chosen because of the features offered and because it is free.

SlideRocket is an online presentation software which allows you to import powerpoint presentations and convert them to online fully accessible presentations. SlideRocket lets users create presentations in a familiar environment then covert it to an online shareable form. The site was picked because it gives users flexibility to choose the software to create the presentation then upload and covert the presentation.

Prezi is an online presentation creation site. The site allows you to create presentation that zoom in and out, include imported items, and the show the presentation on or offline. The creative potential is placed in the hands of the learner. This site was chosen over the others because it offers more features.

Youtube allows trainers to post pre-training video clips to introduce learners to ideas and information that they need to know before the actual training occurs. The site gives the trainer a location to post videos then allows the trainees to view the information at their own pace.

The forms are for evaluating the status of a trainees training program and how effective it is being. These forms will allow the trainer and trainee to keep a close watch of how the training is going.

This site is a source for graphic organizers. It allows students/teaches to visually organize data in ways that make sense to them. This site if better than other because it offer several free organizers.
