Age is a huge factor when it comes to getting a job in the United States. Although there are laws in place to prevent it, age discrimination still occurs and is a known issue. Those over 50 years old struggle to find a job that would accept them into the workforce as they are seen 'unworkable'. Its studied that those who stay busier at that age have better and improved health and with those that do not develop disabilities earlier on.

I see this topic coming up more especially as Texas recently passed a law that woman would not be able to receive abortions past 6 weeks of fetus age.
