Everyone has different needs, and the social landscape is shifting accordingly.

One good (though obvious) point they make is that each of these platforms fits into the life of the user in a different way. Five years ago it was somewhat winner-take-all in terms of user base, but that's no longer the case. This is a bike wheel that is powered by human energy.
