Atmospheric Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor - 2 views

  •
Atmospheric Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor The rotation speed of the air compressor motor is proportional to the actual power consumption, so the rotation speed reduction of the motor will decrease the actual power consumption on a year-on-year basis. The permanent magnet screw compressor uses a pressure sensor to sense the actual pressure and air consumption in the system, further realizes the precise control of the electrical equipment and frequency converter; it changes the rotation speed of the micro screw compressor without changing the torque of the air compressor motor, thus adjusts the system pressure to achieve the desired output of compressed air. When the air consumption decreases and the compressed air provided by the air compressor is greater than the air consumption, the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor will reduce the speed, thus the output of compressed air is reduced; Otherwise, the motor speed will be increased to add the compressed air, so as to maintain a stable pressure.

  • Media organizations the world over are currently focusing on the future of their businesses. As audience and viewer attention fragments and the internet fuels a wholly different kind of information consumption there are many siren voices suggesting that traditional media business models are dead, or in some cases on life support. Rising print and distribution costs and flagging advertising are driving even flagship newspapers and magazines to slash their costs, jettison journalists and production staff, and in some cases, go entirely out of business. In Britain, television companies like ITV — once described as having a license to print money — are reconsidering their entire business rationale and, crucially, their future relationship with viewers and consumers. Yet this week the world’s largest multimedia news agency, Reuters, unveils what we believe will be the future of news dissemination — not broadcasting, but narrowcasting.

Stats: Old Media's Decline, New Media's Ascent - 0 views

  •
Quick: what was the most widely-used form of media in 2008? If you guessed Internet news sites, blogs, or social networks, you'd be way off. Network TV news (NBC, CBS, ABC) is still used by the highest percentage of adult Internet users, with local newspapers and local TV news occupying the 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively, in a recently released survey from Ketchum. While old media is still on top, the trends in the survey, which has been conducted each of the last three years, point to a familiar story: media consumption habits are quickly changing. That said, some forms of new media are performing much better than others. For example: - Blogs are now used by 24% of Internet users, up from 13% in 2006 - Social networks are now used by 26% of Internet users, up from 17% in 2006 - Videocasts are now used by 11% of Internet users, up from 6% in 2006 Slower growers include: - RSS feeds: growing from 5 to 7 percent - Podcasts: growing from 5 to 7 percent - Business news sites: flat at 8 percent

Although I know the majority of materials currently available to students on their portable multimedia consumption devices are still primarily text-based, maybe including a static image or two (see Figure 3, a color, static digital page with a Venn diagram that is no different from the same page in the printed book5),

  • It's one thing to learn about different architectural styles in a Western Civ or Construction textbook or lecture; it's another to apply what you've learned by going out into the community and taking pictures of buildings and then identifying the architectural influences
  • In both cases the activity of capturing "raw" digital material can lead to further learning or assessment activities where students might develop multimedia projects.

Kids learn to create videos, write blogs, collaborate online; the also learn to play video games, do digital storytelling, fan fiction, music, graphic art, anime and even more. Their informal process of learning, collaboration, and transforming passion into knowledge is desperately needed in schools today.

It's Time for the Recording Industry to Stop Blaming "Piracy" and Start Finding A New W... - 11 views

  • filesharing is not the reason that the recording industry has fallen on hard financial times. In fact, the recording industry’s complaints that the sky is falling really only apply to the recording industry, and not musicians and the fans, who have seen increased music purchases, increased artist salaries, and the availability of more music than ever before.
  • the London School of Economics released a paper finding that while filesharing may explain some of the decline in sales of physical copies of recorded music, the decline “should be explained by a combination of factors such as changing patterns in music consumption, decreasing disposable household incomes for leisure products and increasing sales of digital content through online platforms.”

intake valve air compressor - 1 views

  •
Common air compressor intake valve is usually butterfly type, mainly through the control of the disc in the intake valve compressor to open and close the load control. The intake control valve is generally divided into two control methods, one is switch type, when the pressure value of the intake valve air compressor reaches the set height value, the intake valve will be started to close the intake port, and the pressure will be reduced to the set pressure value. The other control method is capacitive control, and the disc of the compressor inlet valve will be micro-closed to control, adapt to the external gas consumption, and make the pressure stable within a certain value. To protect the whole machine in turn.
