Diigo in Chrome - lacking many features found in Firefox - 50 views

Hi,
I've had to switch to Chrome at work simply because my computer simply wasn't fast enough to run Firefox without noticeable slowdown. I use Diigo on a *very* regular basis so it was disappointing to see the implementation in the Chrome store.
I understand there are reasons behind this, Chrome runs on Webkit so I'm guessing things such as one click saving won't be available, but how about:
1) Easy way to view recent bookmarks in an overlay without disrupting current browsing
2) An option to turn off the pop-up that appears when you select text
3) Right clicking a URL presents an option to save that link to Diigo
I love Diigo, and would be very happy if these features could somehow be introduced. Thanks!
Firefox extension - anything that uses the internet won't work - 59 views

Hi all,
Since updating my Firefox I'm having huge problems with the Diigo toolbar. For example, none of the following will work:
1. Delete bookmark
2. Right click link -> 'Bookmark this link to Diigo' (nothing is populated)
3. Recommended tags (spinner just goes around and round)
And more. However, when I bookmark a page to Diigo, it works just fine. It's almost like the extension can talk to Diigo, but the extension can't talk to the rest of the internet.
Any suggestions very welcome, by the way I am using Firefox Aurora 9.0a2 and Diigo 5.1.0.31.
Thanks -
Many thanks for the reply, still no joy though unfortunately.
For example, if I right click on a URL and go 'bookmark this link to Diigo' the entire information is blank, including the URL and title, meaning it's basically completely useless.
I thought it was maybe because I'm behind a proxy here, but even local sites are not populated with any information. It's just not grabbing the information at all, even the URL and title which it should be able to get without the internet.
Again this is on Aurora 10.0a2

Hi,
I've got the Diigo toolbar and for the most part it's great, however, I don't like having the full thing in view all of the time and would prefer just to have a small button for one click save (no problem) and also a folder icon next to it to show my recent bookmarks.
I'm being overly fussed here, no doubt, but my toolbar already looks a little cluttered - is there anyway to remove the 'recent' writing, as well as the ugly quick filter icon? (just removing the latter would be okay!)

Basically I just want the folder there.

Many thanks for the reply, unfortunately it doesn't work the same as a regular bookmark, only an option to 'edit this filter' and if you do select that, it doesn't have a rename option. Unfortunately there's also no way at all to remove the icon next to it either :(
So sorry again for reporting such a small problem, but screen space is at a premium at the top of my page and the icon is about 5 times as big as it could be :(

On your toolbar's page (http://www.diigo.com/tools/toolbar) it says (in bold) that the toolbar has no adware or spyware, yet the latest version means every single time I go onto Google I get a very annoying, very obtrusive set of adverts, that are certainly caused by this extension (the element's ID has the word diigo in, and disabling the extension means the adverts go away)
As demonstrated in this picture: http://i.imgur.com/0fzqf.png
To save me the hassle of migrating to del.icio.us, can you please give me an estimated timeframe as to when this will be removed?
Thanks
Thank you Diigo for fixing this, and thank you to the users above for replying and helping this get exposure (the support ticket no doubt helped too, ty!)
