This resource also provides more resources to help teachers succeed. It has a journals and books tab that shows teachers journals and other books to make them more successful. This website can be a very helpful tool.

Language Arts: I chose this website because I think it is very easy to follow and offers lesson ideas for language arts grades preschool through high school. You can click on the grade you want and it will provide and extensive list of lesson plan ideas for that grade. The standard number is provided as a way to search through lessons quicker. I think that is a great idea. If a teacher knows the standard they want to cover but aren't sure what to teach, this website would be very helpful.

This is a site that offers animated videos to help explain science topics for many different levels. Its fun and interactive for any student. Teachers can use this as a tool for students to go on and watch the videos to learn and have fun. I remember using this in high school and thinking even grade school students would be able to understand the information. It can be used for other subjects also, like health and social studies.
  •
BrainPop is extremely useful for all teachers, and I think should be completely utilized. All subjects are present, and students can learn and explore a variety of topics. However, teachers can utilize lesson plans, standards, and create homework assignments on the website. Truly a great site to add to a PLN.

Boardmaker is a website that helps with special education educators in speech and language pathologist, occupational therapists' behavioral therapists, while making sure to find, create, organize and deliver customized visual support, with activities in the classroom. How I would use this as a tool in my classroom is that it can help me manage and assign student activities from anywhere, it helps collect data for IEP goals and educational standards.

Math: I think will be an amazingly helpful resource I use in my future classroom. It provides sample math problems which are grade appropriate. All you have to do is click on the grade level you are teaching and it gives you a list of different math concepts that level should be focusing on. For example, when you click on 4th grade it gives you place values, coordinate graphs, adding and subtracting fractions, and so on. I think this is a great website for any teacher creating math lesson plans.
  •
This is a great resource for math teachers, it can be used for several years because the levels vary from Pre-K up to precalculus. It also has a tab with the common core standards with activites that fit those.
  •
This site is good for math students that need extra help. This site has many different grade levels and different topics for that level and subtopics so it can help narrow down what you really need help on.

This website is very helpful. It provides lessons and activity ideas for all types of subjects and grade levels. I would use this to help plan for activities or ideas for what I want to cover for a specific unit. I can see how it would be helpful now, while still in school for assignments.

This website has over 300,000 resources to choose from; so I think any teachers looking for sources won't have a problem except choosing one.
