TWC301: Multimedia Writing

This one is great if you are concenred about improving your hits...it tells you tricks and keywords to list. If you are wanting to make and business out of this and attract advertisers this one is for you.

I like this webpage mostly for it's explanation of certain parts of Wordpress, namely widgets. I'd heard of them but never knew what they were. It will help me incorporate them in to my own blog.

D#6, HW#6-- The major part I like about wordpress is the ability to design the page the way you would like whether it be with themes or by writing the html yourself. This website is great because it gives you a lot of different and ideas about wordpress and how to use it. It explains the information and then also shows you pictures/examples.

There is good information in this one but it really seems to be focused on selling, selling, selling which still uses the repetition techniques. More of the same but not as much detail information like our book gives or like I have found on the previous sites I've listed.

This site has a lot of ways to enhance your blog and make it more appealing to others and thus getting better grades on projects .

I found this website and I thought it would be a good resource because it has people that can answer questions that you may have on word press and the advertisement for it says they answer a question every nine seconds so the response time is quick .

This has a section on alignment and a very good section. A lot of it is what we learned in the book but I like how this person has described certain points about alignment and asked his/her own questions with answers. Easy to read and understand!

This is a little different and to be honest there isn't too much good information on any of the design principals but a good way of remembering what you need to include. If you click on the 'vitamin features' under each design heading it brings you to what I think is the original site and that too is a little different but I thought I would include these.

This website provides a step-by-step guide in explaining the art of typography.  It even includes a typography glossary to familiarize readers with the jargon of the technique in designing.

I like how this shows how a little can go a long way. Good find.

Great Site! I think this site has great information probably the one I like the best out of all that I have looked at.

This has very, very little information about repetition but what it does say is very good and it does apply. It states different reasons to use repetition and things that I hadn't thought about, good to read even if you only read the little blog about repetition.

This was the best site i found this week because it explains why they use repetition in advertising and how much of an impact it really use. Without repetition, we wouldn't be able to identify our favorite product. It is a really interesting site and would be a bad idea to check out. 

I like the way the professional firm explained repetition "The end goal of using repetition typography is to make the eye follow through where the designer needs the eye to go."

This is a good resource that will help you create and customize a theme, create template and teaches how to write a simple wordpress pluggin.

This is my favorite of all, this website teaches how to select the perfect theme and publish your blog to the world. I like this website because it teaches step by step for a beginner to understand.

I found this site to be the most useful in a completely different way than the book. It explains that flow is a psychological element and there are many ways that it can be applied and used for better designs. Some of the examples that it gives are: allow for discovery, using efficiency, proving immediate feedback, and setting clear goals and purposes.

This website is helpful because it gives you some good tips on keeping your writing fresh and how to engage reader through video, pictures, and diagrams.
