Students took a pretest and then based on their answers were directed to varying videos to explain answers that students got wrong. After students watched the videos they retook the same test. I was impressed by the statistics that the failure rate has reduced by 33% and discipline problems have went down by 66%. I liked this site. It's geared toward parents but makes suggestions of where to put the computer in your home to prevent teens from accessing inappropriate sites. It also gives you conversation starter tips on what to say to your children to keep them safe online. There are also videos you can watch about internet safety and the importance of keeping personal information private.

Through the Internet Safety 101 program, EnoughIsEnough strives to educate and empower parents, educators and other caring adults with the information they need to effectively protect children from Internet dangers.

This internet safety website is geared more towards parents and educators than students, There is information regarding how to identify scams, predators and bullying and then also how to combat these threats. I liked the blog-like forum, but the recent news articles and press/media links made the website feel paranoid. Overall, interesting resources!

Cyberbee is a site geared towards children and internet safety. It has been providing Internet resources, lessons, and projects to educators for over a decade. Lessons are created around national standards and tested by teachers. Everything is free. It is currently run by two teachers in Columbus, Ohio. It has a section about web evaluation and copyright laws as well as dozens and of child safe lessons and links for teachers to use.

1. Choose a topic that can be explained in 15 minutes or less. 2. Use increased class time to engage students. 3. Not every lesson will be flipped/flipable. 4. Have a "Plan B" for students who do not have access at home.
