Over the weekend I read Summer Ball,and Danny is at a basketball camp scrimiging against his own team.The game is very close near the end and Danny's team is up by 1 point against the other side of the team.At the very end of the game Danny's archenemy (Rasheed and Rasheed drives to the basket and Danny is standing right there to take a charge,but Rasheed scores and his Danny's coach says that there was no foul and that the basket counted.I am on pg.78

Last night I read American League East and just read about the Baltimore Orioles. The Baltimore Orioles have won three World Series. some of their best players are Heinie Manush, Cal Ripken Jr., George Sisler,Greg Olson and Jim Palmer. I am on pg.17

Last night I read Hot Hand and the main character Billy is playing a basketball game and there are only about 5 seconds left in the game and Billy makes the game winning shot. From the outside Billy might seem like a person that is not afraid but on the inside he is a little shy and soft. I am on pg.90 The book is really good!

Last night I read Dead End In Norvelt,the character I'm going to write about is Jack.Jack is the main character and he likes a lot of things like guns,planes,maps and even more!Jack is in the middle of being grounded for the year and he can only stay in his room! I am on pg.108

Last night I read Where The Mountain Meets The Moon and Minli Is going to see The Old Man Of the Moon.The character I will describe is Dragon. Dragon is a real Dragon but he is really nice and powerful. I am on pg.226

Last night I read Where the mountain Meets chapters 21-28.A reading strategy that I have is to read slowly and carefully,because if you read slowly and carefully you will understand almost everything that you're reading.Really important things and things that are not quite as important than other things.

Last night I read El Deafo and Cece,the main character is deaf because when she was 4 years old she got really sick and that caused her to be deaf. But even though she is Deaf she can still hear and talk because she has these cords that can make her hear. A reading strategy that I have is to look for intresting vocabulary because if you look for intresting vocabulary you will learn more words.

Minli was asking that because it's a little strange for someone to know where someone is going to be in the future,and Minli wants to known if the buffalo boy's friend is Magic.The buffalo boy's response means that he knows something about his friend but doesn't want to share it with Minli,because there might be something magic or special about her.

My first wondering is, will Minli and the Dragon make it past the monkeys? My second wondering is, why don't the monkeys ever let the Dragon through? My last wondering is, will Minli's parents find Minli?

Last night I read The House Of Hades.And while the group is on the Argo 2 there is a man that shoots an arrow at the Argo 2 and it has a letter on it that says bring two of your people and bring all your jewelry and value's with you . I am wondering what will happen??!

Last night I read True Legend and the mane character named Drew is at someone's house with his best friend named Lee and they have permission to take the person's car but only Lee can drive it. because he is older than 16 and Drew is not,but anyways drives the car and he drives to fast and then Drew and Lee get In trouble! I am on pg.208

Last night I read Hot Hand and Billy,the main character is playing in his first playoff game of the season vs.the 76ers. In the first quarter his team the Magic is getting crushed and at the end of the first quarter the Magic are losing 14-2. But then the second group which Billy is not on gets the Magic back in the game and ties the game at 20-20.In the fourth quarter the Magic are up by three points and then the 76ers tie the game again!And Billy gets a chance to win the game but doesn't. The Magic won in overtime but his Dad still is really mad at him for missing the shot.

My first example of figuritave language was Ma made a sound like a shrieking cat.That example was on pg.37 I choose that example because cat's are very loud screamers.The second example was,like a flickering flame on a match.I choose that example because I can almost feel it. That example was on pg.27.My last example of figuritave language was Minli's head was spinning.I choose that example because you're head can not actually spin.That example of figuritive language was on pg.30

One of my pieces of figurative language I found was there once was a black mountain that cut into the sky like a jagged piece of rough metal.I picked that example of figurative language because it was very descriptive.The 2nd example of figurative language was the mud stuck to their feet like glue.I picked that one because you can almost feel the mud sticking to you're own feet. The last example of figurative language was like a moth to a lit lantern. I picked that example because it was very descriptive.

Last night I read the Books of umber #1 Happenstance found. Some good word choice was: writhed, apparition, permissible, explicitly and reign. Those are good words because instead of saying normal words they are words that you don't here that much.

Last night I read the Flordia Gators.The Flordia Gators are a basketball team in the NCAA Which is college basketball.They gave won 2 national championships,3 of some of there best players ever ever ar Joakim Noah,Corey Brewer and Al Horford.There coach right now is Billy Donavan.The 2 National championships that they won were in 2006 and 2007.( 2 years in a row) Joakim Noah,Corey Brewer and Al Horford all played on both of the National Championship Rosters.I just finished the book,It is Very Good!

Last night I read True Legend and Drew is about to play the biggest game of his life vs.Park,(his teams worst enemy) In the game Drew plays really well! And his team is up by about 7 points at half time.But Park catches up mostly because of park's best player King Gadsen.Near the end of the game Drew's team is winning by 3 points but then King Gadsen draines a 3 pointer to tie the game.Drew gets the ball with 12 seconds left and with about 3 seconds left he almost loses the game,but then throws the ball of of King Gadsen's shoulder to Lee,his best friend who makes the layup and Drew has the game winning assist!I finished the book and it was really good!

Over the weekend I read Hatchet and Brian is drinking and eating things from the safety packet on the plane. And there is a really good smoothie that he is drinking,then all of a sudden a rescue plane came and came into his camp.And a man asked him if he was Brian and Brian said yes and Brian was rescued and taken to his Dad's house finally I just finished Hatchet.

Last night read True Legend and the main character named Drew Robinson is playing a basketball team that his team has never won against,and they are trying to beat them.Drew is the best player on his team and a player named King Gadsen is the best player on the other team. And in the game King played way better than Drew and Drew shot a game winning shot and he missed and his team lost the game! A text to text connection is that I play basketball to. I am on pg.138

Last night I read Diary Of A Wimpy Kid , #3 The Last Straw. And Rodrick, Greg and his Dad are going to go on a camping trip but it is to rainy so they go to a hotel . Then there Dad go's and to the front desk and Rodrick and Greg stay in the hotel room. Then Rodrick says he sees Greg's girlfriend and Rodrick tricks Greg and Greg's in Lot's of trouble because Rodrick locks the door on Greg!

Yesterday evening I started a new book called the house of hades I do not really know what the book is about. I am about at page 10 some words I had trouble whith were complexion and illuminated I do not know what they mean.

Then in the car they play this fun card game called I confess . How they played was that if it says the thing on the card and you have done it before you get a point. The first one to #10 points wins . It all came to Rodrick and Dad ,they both had # 9 points than the next card was I have to confess I have toileted someone's house before and Rodrick won but than he got in real trouble
