    I'm reading a sieries called the magic of Xanth. So the base story is, there's a magic land called Xanth everybody has a different magic talent, none are ever the same. I just finished the 4rth,it is called centaur aisle. Now i'm on the 5th it is called ogre ogre.

    Last night I read A Series of Unfortunate.I just finished it last night.I liked it because it was an adventure and suspenseful book.One of the things that was interesting was the author,(Lemony Snicket)instead of using hurt,he wrote burned.

    Dulcie is a very unusual name. I wonder why authors sometimes use common names and sometimes use unusual names for characters. Does Dulcie have an unusual personality?

    I agree "glum" is an interesting word. It is a more interesting than saying a character is sad. Do you like the Ivy and Bean series? Thank you for sharing your strategies!

    I read the 26 story tree house I started yesterday I'm on page 166. The strategies I used was sounding out words and matching them with the sentence. If I didn't understand the book I would read to my mom or dad. I didn't have any words that I don't know but the sentences we're interesting.

    A little while ago I read kingdom keepers book 2. It is about all the evil Disney carectors teaming up to destroy some kids who are chosen to be hologram guides. So right know a person is running up the stairs following Phillaby and Finn. They are going to Walt Disney's secret pent house. That is in Cinderella's castle.

    I finished reading Nancy Drew and the captive witness. It was very sad in the end because it turns out that the bad guy wasn't really bad, he was just trying to feed his wife and children,they died in a car accident. Then he turned into a bad guy. Nancy did recue ten children, and she found a lost cd.

    Last night I read the third book of HARRY POTTER! I am on the fourteenth chapter. I wonder if Black just wants to see Harry but then when he showed up with a knife maybe not(: . Some of the strategies I use to figure out the meaning of words are... Re-reading the sentence. Sounding it out. Sometimes I even look at the vowels and consanents.     I read Philippa Fisher's fairy godsister last night and this morning . I am so glad that Philippa and Daisy ( Daisy is Philippa's fairy godmother but Philippa prefers fairy godsister ) finally made up. But it is very bad that Trisha Miles a mean bully at school stole three wishes that Daisy gave to her, if Daisy and Philippa don't get it back by that Tuesday Daisy will die!     The strategies I used in the one and only Ivan are if the author didn't explain it that we'll and I've been over it a few times I would look and see if there was a pitcher. And that would help a lot. If there wasn't a pitcher and I've been over that sentence a few times I would take a quick break and then go back to my work.

    Last night I read Diary Of A Wimpy Kid #9. And Greg's Mom wants to go on a road trip but no one else wants to . And Greg's Dad wants to go on a boat trip. And the Mom Wins! Then in the car they play this fun card game called I confess . How they played was that if it says the thing on the card and you have done it before you get a point. The first one to #10 points wins . It all came to Rodrick and Dad ,they both had # 9 points than the next card was I have to confess I have toileted someone's house before and Rodrick won but than he got in real trouble

    Last night I read Dragon on a Pedestal. I think it's very interesting that there are lots of
    illusory castles and Irene's bird/plant will wilt and has no other flying plants. Everybody has a different magic talent there are none the same ever. For example Roland can stun people at will, Dor (his name is pronounced like door) can talk to the inanimate. Irene's is the green thumb, she can rapidly grow plants. Bink searches For his talent so I'm not going to say but it happens by coincidence.

    Last night I read the star of Kazan. I was happy because she is going to a fun place. I was sad when she found out that her own brother attached fire works to his dog's tail and leg and something went wrong and the fire works lit on fire instead and the dog lost it's tail and leg.
