The Holocaust Memorial site is organized into four different sections: Museum Information, Resources for Academics and Research, Resources for Educators and Resources for Professionals and Student Leaders. This site was created so that people could learn about the Holocaust and look at pictures of the museum without actually being there. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum was very helpful for me during my VHS Holocaust Course because it includes timelines, facts, videos, artifacts, a tour of the ghettos and concentration camps and pictures from the museum. This is the best website that I have found on the Holocaust, it has everything. Also the Holocaust Memorial website is very reliable because I have checked it with other sites and it was used by my teacher (we went on to tour the camps and look up videos). I would definitely recommend this source to anyone who wants to learn about the Holocaust, knows little about the Holocaust or who wants to go to the Museum.

This website gives a lot of information in an overview format of the brain and the nervous system, brain tests, and treatments. Also listed are a few brain conditions (ie. headaches, aneurysms, etc). At the bottom of the website are many other similar resources for further research. This is a reliable and useful source because upon checking the sources I found that the information is written by doctors. This source was very helpful in terms of hindering a basic understanding of the brain. The diagram is helpful in visualizing the different parts of the brain.

Like with any social network, be careful. Not everyone on there is a person just like you trying to learn a new language. But that aside, this website was really great for me to talk with people who knew Mandarin Chinese and were willing to help. Some people I just had quick conversations with that only lasted a few sentences, others I still talk to today. The person that knows Mandarin that I still talk to lives in China and is always happy to help me with the tones and to have conversations with me and teach me how to say things like a normal Chinese person would say them. This is a really great resource for person to person interaction. But again, be careful, as always.

It has helped me with French so much. When I was trying to translate my letter from English to French, this tool made it so much easier to just look up a word that I needed to know! It even gives you the conjugations, tenses, and any other forms of the word that you could possibly need to know! I'd highly recommend this resource to anyone learning a language or anyone who just wants to know how to say something in a different language.

This site has 7 volumes of items and what they are made of. It gives you not only the materials needed to make the item, but also the natural resources that make up each part if the object. I used this site during a science project where we were told to pick a household object and find out everything that it is made of and where it was made. I found this site first and it helped me a ton, I hope it's useful for you too.

This website is a writing lab, and can answer almost any question you have about grammar and citing your sources. It is not an automatic bibliography-maker, but it provides examples and steps for how to make your own. I think this is a very helpful source. I know it is reliable because it is through a college, and it was recommended to me through a teacher. I recommend this source more strongly than easybib because by doing the work yourself you will remember how to do it in the future, and the action of writing your bibliography cements why giving sources credit is important. I find this source to be helpful all through the writing process, as I cite in-text sources, struggle with grammar, and make a works cited page at the end. It has helped me feel more confident and independent while proofreading because I get a second opinion without asking the teacher. -

This video was an incredible resource. I really got to understand the relationship between trainer and dolphin. I think this video definitely helped me to see the different personalities of dolphins, as well as their personalized training regimen and preferences. This really gave me a deep understanding of the topic that I would never have been able to have achieved unless I was right there having the trainers tell me this.
