    I prefer being barefoot to wearing shoes. This article takes the shoes/no shoes controversy and turns it around, so that instead of saying barefoot is better simply because it is more natural, but also saying that shoes are damaging our feet.

    Being a runner, finding the right shoes for my feet is a must! Running shoes are usually only functional for only 300 miles. This website shows you how to test your feet to see if you pronate or supinate more than the other. Also this helps in finding how much support you need depending on how far you plan on running.
