MiamiOH OARS on 22 Jun 17The United States Government (USG) seeks to enter into a Cooperative Agreement (the Agreement) for a five-year, $28 million Malaria Bilateral Program to address critical malaria prevention and control issues in Guinea. Specifically, the award recipient (the Awardee) will play the lead role in the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) suite of programs to support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) through technical assistance and community based service support for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of malaria in Guinea. The Malaria Bilateral Program will contribute towards achieving USAID/Guinea's Development Objective of "Utilization of Quality Health Services Increased" as outlined in its 2015-2019 Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS). To maximize impact, USAID/Guinea expects that the Malaria Bilateral Program will work in concert with USAID-supported health programs in support of the national strategies and health sector development plans.
