Eumom Louise on 13 Jul 11Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and leave overnight. Next day, pour the fruit and water into a pan, bring the boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the fruit is soft. Serve hot or cold, with Greek yoghurt or crème fraiche.
