'CNA' stands for 'Certified Nursing Assistant'. It refers to the nursing helper who assists the doctors and registered nurses during various operations as well as for patient care in nursing homes and hospitals. Though being a CNA is not a glorious job, it can definitely be a good option for a substantial career in allied health care field.

While this health literacy resource was created for physician assistants, it could be used broadly.

The program significantly reduced staff injuries and nearly eliminated lost and restricted staff work days associated with these injuries at Bay Pines. In addition, other Veterans Health Administration sites have also experienced significant reductions in staff injuries since implementing the program.
