  • TicketNet appartenait jusqu’à présent, au groupe Horode et à une holding composée d’Hachette, Auchan et Virgin.
  • Car, c’est toute la stratégie d’expansion à 360° de Live Nation, avec une diversification effrénée à coups d’acquisitions verticales, qui fait craindre une position de monopole. Gestion de salles de spectacles, management d’artistes, produits dérivés, gestion de fans clubs, vente de billets, contrats publicitaires, e-commerce … Live Nation Entertainment contrôle peu à peu toute la chaîne.

    Excellent article from McKinsey about how web 2.0 tools can improve productivity and efficiency in the company. They are also very well explaining difference between participation and collaboration, which we are ourselves explaining it for many years. It's good to see this difference recognized. The different categories are very well explained also. But one of the key point of this article in the introduction of workflow tecnologies in this area. McKinsey is saying that workflow + participatory technologies is a key enhancer for the company. We agree of course with this, first because companies need both world, and second because providing automation and participation capabilities to the information system is the best way to improve it drastically.

En plus d'un service de gestion des tâches classique, Task.ly propose d'envoyer des alertes par SMS et messagerie instantanée, ou de partager ses tâches sur des réseaux sociaux. Le site propose par ailleurs un lien Google en rapport avec la tâche afin de trouver une aide directement dans le moteur. Pour le moment en bêta gratuite, le service deviendra à terme payant, pour quelques euros par mois.
