"To learn about Newton's Laws of Motion, 8th grade students applied the three laws to a sport of their choosing. Students worked independently on this project but shared their final products with each other for feedback. OneNote was used for the assignment, rubric, and work pages, as well as the sharing of links and student feedback. Episode #143 features a description of different engaging tools and strategies used by a 9 year old in fourth grade to complete monthly book study projects. Each month the student was assigned a genre of book to read. After reading the book the student was asked to complete a worksheet of questions, some form of graphic organizer, and then create his own artifact demonstrating that they understood the book.
