I agree, this is very important, because using web 2.0 technologies, it is possible at the same time to decrease financial investments (essential currently), and increase individual and collective productivity and efficiency. I don't know why top managers are not understanding this in our countries. I know that this is not easy to change people behavior, but this is because most of the companies are very late in this change. If they had started the evolution few years ago...
