For mom it includes relaxation and stress reduction, reduction of pain and strains, improvement of blood circulation, preparation for labor, and improvement of respiratory and GI functions. Baby also receives improved blood circulation, healthy tissue, flexible joints and muscles during the pregnancy and labor. How This Influenced My Thinking: Prior to finding this article, I did not know that this was something that mothers did to improve health during pregnancy. I think that it is a great idea and I plan to receive massages too if and when I am pregnant. Credibility of Source: Pretty credible, it is a yoga business so they are more likely to point out the positive effects to make more business, but the article seems thorough and well written.

There are also problematic questions and answers. How This Influenced My Thinking: I was given an insight on how to record a child's development and information on what to do. This article helped think of ways other than signs in order to develop my paper. Credibility of Source: Credible. It is a government owned website.

I had never really considered any other type of birth besides medicated birth in a hospital, but it was very interesting to read about the benefits of water birth. How This Influenced My Thinking: Although i was aware of this form of childbirth method, I was not aware of the terminology that doctors use, and how complex childbirth actually is. It has open my eyes to the variety of methods. Credibility of Source: This source was somewhat credible. This website is useful if wanting to get an overview of the topic or if one is new to topic. This source is a good way to begin with research, however more extensive research should be done.
