Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth, who was recently in news for his split with controversial girlfriend Miley Cyrus, is said to have hurt his finger in a bid to make an impression on fans by playing a daring game of Five Finger Fillet in front of them.All set to be seen in upcoming film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Hemsworth, 23, was participating in a press show when he by chance struck his finger while playing the game in which a player places his palm down, spreads his fingers and attempts to stab in between the spaces with a sharp object.Not only that he ended up hurting his finger, but in the process he also damaged a $10,000 table. While about the incident on the chat show, Hemsworth said, "It was the first stop we did on The Hunger Games press tour and I wanted to impress everyone and I'd had a couple of drinks. I missed a little bit on the little pinky - see the black dot? Apparently it was a $10,000 table as well that I ruined." Speaking about the same, Hemsworth said that he always believed that he can’t ever go wrong in this game, as he has been playing it since long. "I used to do it a lot in science class when I was in high school - I didn't love science class. So I'd sit there in this class and use my pen to do this. You start with a pen and work your way up to a knife," said Hemsworth.

Post her traditional Indian style avatar, Pooja Gor, better known as Pratigya of Star Plus’ hit show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, says she is looking for an image makeover. She has also done reality show The Serial, just to widen up her horizons in the acting field.Speaking about her plans, “I want to try out different characters and sequences to test my own caliber and strength as an actor,” said Pooja, who also appeared on Imagine TV’s Kitani Mohabbaat Hai. She has been roped in to play lead character in Bindaas channel’s unusual love stories based youth show Yeh Hai Aashiqui, hosted by Vikrant Massey.Pooja will essay role of Charulata, a woman who tries to find happiness outside her marriage, in the episodic. The story is based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel, Nastanirh and Pooja will be seen as a traditional Bengali woman.About her character and show, Pooja said, “Honestly, I took up the episode in Yeh Hai Aashiqui because it has a complete Bengal flavour to it. I am fond of Bengali culture. I am glad the way it has turned out. I am very happy with the way I look.”The particular episode will air this week on Bindaas!

Few months back rumours were abuzz that filmmaker Punit Malhotra and Sonam Kapoor were hot couple; however, they said to have had a nasty break-up. Meanwhile, the two always kept mum about the whole thing since the start, and if believe Punit, there was never anything between them at all, as he claims that he was never in a relationship with any actress.Punit’s directorial Gori Tere Pyaar Mein is all set to release soon, and it stars his I Hate Luv Storys’ lead actor Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Nowadays both the actors are busy promoting the film worldwide. Here is what Punit said regarding his relationship status. "No, I did not date any actress. I am saying this on the record," Punit said. "I did not have strained relations with anyone, any actor. I am friendly with Sonam. I hope to work with her in future. It is all rubbish. You get up in the morning, see the newspapers, read articles and you find it funny. You wonder what they were wondering while writing this story. Even though actor Sunny Deol is excited to work in Ghayal Returns, he feels that the project has been jinxed. Still, whatever happens, he is firm about making the film. Ghayal Returns is the second installment of the 1990 revenge action drama.Ghayal was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. "Ghayal Returns is something which I don't want to talk about because 'usko nazar lag gayi hai kisi ki' (evil spell has been cast on the project). But it is happening for sure," said Sunny. The original film also starred Meenakshi Sheshadri and Raj Babbar. Sunny revealed that he has been putting best efforts to come up with the part two ever since the original came out. "First time, I was sure that we will make the film in the same year, but I don't know why it didn't happen. Second time when we tried, again it didn't happen. Now this is the third time and I will work on it again and I am certain that it will happen," said the actor.Earlier, buzz was making rounds that Rahul Rawail will direct Ghayal Returns, however, Sunny is not ready to come up with the director's name. Ghayal Returns will begin from where Ghayal left.

All ready to sizzle in B-town again with Dhoom 3, actress Katrina Kaif says that despite being so successful, she is not fearful of anyone. ''I'm not afraid of anyone. Fear is always about the worst that can happen.  Once you start experiencing things and taking challenges, going after what you're afraid of and doing things, you start losing your fear. You realise that even if things don't turn up how you expect them to, life goes on and things are not really as bad as you expect them to be even in the worst times,'' says the 30-year-old actress. Continuing further, she said, ''It's all about letting go of your fears and not being afraid to do whatever you need to do.'' At the same time, she denied being in relationship with Ranbir Kapoor and claimed to be single rather. "I am single until I get married. This sentence was mine and now everybody uses it. I should have a copyright over it. Also, I have no plans to get married yet," said Katrina Kaif. Quizzed why the alleged couple is always stalked by the media, she answered, "May be, because everyone is single or married. I don't mind people running behind me. Celebrities are open to such things," she added.Dhoom 3 will releases on December 20!

Veteran actress Madhoo, who is eyeing to make comeback in Bollywood films, says she would like to do work that has been done by actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor. She is looking to take up challenging work.She is known for her work in films like Roja, Diljale and Phool Aur Kaante. Madhoo has already started working down South."My south films have started releasing. One film released last month and did 50 days run, so I believe it's a hit. I have signed a couple of films and will start shooting soon. I have started acting again and I am enjoying that. Hopefully I will do a Hindi film soon, waiting for right movie to come to me," said Madhoo. The actress would love to take up interesting film offers and wishes that filmmakers approach her with variety of scripts. "I don't want to say things and limit myself as an actress. I am at a juncture in my life where I can explore and do many different things. I would want producers and creative people to think of something really challenging and wonderful for me as an actress," Madhoo said."When you are younger and playing a heroine, at that time things are pretty similar - like falling in love with the hero and getting married in the end. But now the movies and characterization are different. I can do many more things than I did earlier in my life. It is like Chintuji Amitji, like they are doing fantastic roles now.
