His upcoming film is Ram-Leela, which stars actors like Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Richa Chadda, who was appreciated for her act in Gangs of Wasseypur and Fukrey.While promoting the film recently, Richa was all praises for her director. ''I learnt a lot from Sanjay Sir. Working with him, I learnt that one must work hard every day, one should be always grounded & have craving for knowledge. One must always be humble in order to grow and become a better person and better actor. One should never let ego clash into one's craft or let petty distractions lose the focus because eventually it will affect your performance,'' says the 24-year old actress.Everyone knows that SLB keeps on losing temperament and even Deepika faced his wrath, however, Richa didn’t become victim of SLB's stringency or temper. ''Fortunately all of my directors have been tough taskmasters....Bhansali sir may be known for his eccentricity and temper but I felt nothing of that sort or came across that side of his. He was, on the contrary, very understanding and loving. He would scream at the whole world except me,'' says Richa. Ram-Leela is all set to release on November 15, 2013.

The star actress Sonakshi Sinha recently attended an event held in Ahmedabad where she had to experience something bitter that was hard to bear. She was promoting her upcoming film in the event, which was organised comprised of an all female audience.When she took the stage many women mobbed on the dias covering her completely, not giving her enough space for breathing. The situation worsened when a women’s elbow hit Sonakshi’s face leaving no option for her but to leave the event immediately. The actress who had maintained a calm demeanor lost her patience and got all worked up. An eyewitness revealed, “She got irritated and decided to leave. With great difficulty her staff could make way for the actress to back to the hotel room.”Apart from this, Sonakshi Sinha recently graced the opening ceremony of 15th Mumbai Film Festival at the Liberty Cinema Hall in Mumbai. She also visited sets of Junior Master Chef on Star Plus and promoted R…Rajkumar. Sonakshi looked gorgeous in her black attire and silver ear rings that enhanced her look. Veteran actress Madhoo, who is eyeing to make comeback in Bollywood films, says she would like to do work that has been done by actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor. She is looking to take up challenging work.She is known for her work in films like Roja, Diljale and Phool Aur Kaante. Madhoo has already started working down South."My south films have started releasing. One film released last month and did 50 days run, so I believe it's a hit. I have signed a couple of films and will start shooting soon. I have started acting again and I am enjoying that. Hopefully I will do a Hindi film soon, waiting for right movie to come to me," said Madhoo. The actress would love to take up interesting film offers and wishes that filmmakers approach her with variety of scripts. "I don't want to say things and limit myself as an actress. I am at a juncture in my life where I can explore and do many different things. I would want producers and creative people to think of something really challenging and wonderful for me as an actress," Madhoo said."When you are younger and playing a heroine, at that time things are pretty similar - like falling in love with the hero and getting married in the end. But now the movies and characterization are different. I can do many more things than I did earlier in my life. It is like Chintuji Amitji, like they are doing fantastic roles now. Veteran actress Madhuri Dixit is all set to make a return in acting with upcoming film Dedh Ishqiya. The trailer of the film released recently and the actress sis bagging applaud for all quarters for her look as well as act in the film, which is quite visible in the trailer.The film stars Madhuri, Naseeruddin Shah, Huma Qureshi and Arshad Warsi in lead roles, and the trailer of the movie came out online on Friday (November 8, 2013). For those unaware, in the movie, Madhuri will be seen playing a dancer, Begum Para, who is an attractive dangerous woman."Dr Nene (my husband) appreciated and complimented me that I am looking good in the poster and promos of the film," said Madhuri on Friday at Sanofi's diabetes awareness event. Not only her husband, l but even her kids are excited about her film. "My kids are always excited. If they see me somewhere in a photograph also, they say 'Mom, you are in this photograph'," she said.The film has been produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and directed by Abhishek Chaubey. The film is a sequel to the 2010 hit Ishqiya. It is based in a small town in Uttar Pradesh. Dedh Ishqiya is slated to release on January 10, 2014.

Young director Punit Malhotra, I Hate Luv Storys fame, is working with filmmaker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions for the second time. He is completing in Karan’s impression and praises him as an easygoing producer.He is collaborated with Karan again for Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, which stars Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead. Speaking about the work pattern of KJo’s production unit, Punit said, “As a producer Karan is lenient enough to give you whatever you want. The advantage is that he is also a director. As far as the space is concerned, he didn't come on the sets even once. As a producer, he gives you everything you want.”Earlier, Punit has attended Karan as his assistant in his hit film Kal Ho Na Ho and Dostana. About his upcoming directorial, he says GTPM is a wholesome entertainment which pulls a universal audience. But he is not targeting Rs.100-crore marks. “Rs.100 crore depends on a lot of factors. The canvas of the film leads it to that zone. Ours is definitely not in that zone. She had an illiberal experience when a filmmaker advised her to go for a plastic surgery. She said, “When I came into the industry, people had different opinions about how I look. Some told me I was too pretty, others said I wasn't fair enough or tall enough. Nearly seven years ago, I was even advised by a filmmaker to consider plastic surgery. Soon, I stopped thinking about what works.”The actress, who stars in much acclaimed film The Lunchbox, has been now praised for her looks and performance by audience and critics as well. About the success she said, “I am happy with the kind of launch I have got. It is a very exciting time for actors as roles that can surprise them are being written. This was not the case 15 years ago. A film like The Dirty Picture would not have been possible then. Also we, including the audience, are more exposed to world cinema these days. Many A-list actors such as Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn seem to prefer remakes of popular south films as they have proved to be successful in Bollywood too.Debutant director Anup Jagdale is all set to make his first debut Marathi feature film titled Bharla Malwat Rakhtaana. Insiders claimed the film to be an Official remake of Rekha starrer 1998 cult hit Khoon Bhari Maang which was about a wealthy widow who is almost killed by her lover and sets out for revenge. The film was a comeback venture for Rekha in that year and was a critical and commercial success. It was said when Rakesh Roshan started shooting this film, Many close friends warned him about the project being Risky as it had no commercial 'Hero-Angle' in the film. "My film is about a woman who is cheated and betrayed and she is almost killed only to bounce back for a Brutal Revenge rampage Marathi Cinema will ever see. I will not speak further about the film as i want the audience to enjoy my final product." said first timer Anup Jagdale. The casting of the film is also kept under-wraps, However it is confirmed that acclaimed Marathi actor Milind Shinde will enact the character of Shatrughan Sinha.The Trade and the Media is curious to know about the actress playing the role of Rekha. Few names such as Sai Tamhankar and Sonalee Kulkarni bumped in, but director Anup Jagdale remained lip-tight about the actress.The poster of the film also carries just the name of the film along with main credits. Fukrey actress Vishakha Singh believes in doing quality work; that is the reason that she has rejected back-to-back films, which came her way after the success of Fukrey, which also starred Ali Fazal, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadda and Priya Anand.Also seen in films like Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey and Ankur Arora Murder Case, the actress is keen on doing roles, which offer her to prove her mettle in acting. "Post Fukrey, I have refused seven scripts. It's important to do what you completely believe in," Vishakha said. "I am game for anything - from drama, comedy, to thriller, romance and family entertainer. I want to try my hands at everything. I want to focus on good scripts where I have a pivotal role," added the actress, who will soon make her Malayalam debut with Rajesh Pillai's Motorcycle Diaries."The divide between the film industries is diminishing. I am comfortable in multiple languages. Once in a while, if good scripts like Motorcycle Diaries in Malayalam or a romantic comedy ValebRaja in Tamil comes my way, I will take them up," she said.Even though she is quite a known her in film industry, but doesn’t let that take a toll in her personal life. "I am not part of the rat race. At the end of the day, I know I did it on my own without a mentor, godfather or recommendations," Vishakha said. Bollywood diva Sridevi, who made her comeback in films with English Vinglish last year, might to feature in a Hollywood flick, tentatively titled Cowboys And Indians. It will be helmed by Amy Redford, who is the daughter of Hollywood actor-director Robert Redford and Sridevi might do a Hollywood film co-starring Oscar winning actress Meryl Streep.When sources asked about the same, Sridevi said, “It is yet to happen... talks are on. He further added, ''That is the reason why directors like Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and all these people don't want to work with me. Not fair. You are spoiling my name, reputation.'' Since past few days megastar Amitabh Bachchan has not been keeping well, however, if believe the old chap, there is nothing much to worry about as the work continues, and he is thankful to his well-wishers for their concern towards his health.He assured his enthusiasts on Saturday that he is improving by posting on his blog about his recent work.  "Concern after my health has reached an unjustified proportion, undeservingly. More has been attributed to it than was factually correct," Big B wrote on his blog."I am getting better by the day... But your concern is legitimate, and I do appreciate your fond get wells," he wrote. Earlier on October 14, he made his fans know that he was down with fever and stomach infection. However, on Oct 17, he returned to his work, shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati."Work continues... So did an ad shoot for a client (on Saturday) and had a surprise visit by Priyanka Chopra who was shooting next door... looking stunning as ever! I have got a solo lead film, my hoardings are all over Mumbai...I used to see film hoardings around Juhu whenever I visited Mumbai as a kid. So, it's a dream come true.”Manish, who is sharing a screen space with debutant Elli Avram, further adds that all actors who come to Mumbai aims to do films. “I also had similar dreams when I came to Mumbai in 2005. But I thought I needed grooming. I didn't have a filmy background, and so I did television, radio jockeying and then I thought it's the right time to do films,” said Manish, who was last seen anchoring in Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.Elli Avram, who hails from Greek, is currently seen in reality show Bigg Boss Saath-7.
