Human Rights Watch World Report 2004: Children as Weapons of War - 0 views

    "In many conflicts, commanders see children as cheap, compliant, and effective fighters." I have quoted this statement since I find it extremely shocking. It is unbearable that children still undergo this type of unjustice not to mention others that are part of our reality in the 21st century. Where are the infancy defender organizations?
