This is the Teaching Channel's website filled with educator resources.  I have found several Science lab ideas from this site.  Many resources are standards based and grounded in STEM research, but there are resources for all subject areas.  There are also videos available that show lessons in practice.

On their Instructional Technology Resources page, Seminole County Public Schools provide instructions and troubleshooting guides for Audacity/podcasting, United Streaming, and Digital Storytelling. It's interesting to know that a significant amount of teachers in Seminole County are using these resources. 

Teachhub provides teachers with multiple resources that they can use with their interactive whiteboards. resources are a great way for teachers to engage classrooms in learning. All of these pages include free activities and lessons to use so that you don't have to take the time to create your own original interactive white board lessons.

These are the resources that are recommended by the Department of Education for Science classes. While the links all lead to valuable resources, the interesting part is the technology that they recommend each classroom to have!

Discovery education is a great resource for teachers at any level. Their website offers a multitude of free resources for all grade levels and subjects. It also includes lesson plans and worksheets for teachers, and homework help for students and teachers.

This site helps teachers locate and create ready-to-use Web lessons, quizzes, rubrics and classroom calendars. There are also tools for student use. Although research studies in education show that use of technology can help student learning, its use is generally affected by certain barriers. In this paper, we first identify the general barriers typically faced by K-12 schools, both in the United States as well as other countries, when integrating technology into the curriculum for instructional purposes, namely: (a) resources, (b) institution, (c) subject culture, (d) attitudes and beliefs, (e) knowledge and skills, and (f) assessment. We then describe the strategies to overcome such barriers: (a) having a shared vision and technology integration plan, (b) overcoming the scarcity of resources, (c) changing attitudes and beliefs, (d) conducting professional development, and (e) reconsidering assessments. Finally, we identify several current knowledge gaps pertaining to the barriers and strategies of technology integration, and offer pertinent recommendations for future research.
