This blog supports Screenr, a desktop video system tied to your twitter account. After capturing the video (max length 5 minutes) you have the choice of tweeting the video url, posting the video to YouTube, downloading the video as an MP4, or using an embed code for webpages. Screenr is similar to Jing in many ways. However, it does not live on your computer, it's completely online or 'in the cloud' if you prefer. If you limit down to those that can do Flash AND java - the options are a bit pricey - Cloud Browse does both but only lets you have 10 minute browsing sessions. Virtual Firefox ($4.99) and Virtual Browser for Chrome (19.99) each can allow Java and Flash and also bookmark/sync services with your desktop browser (5.99 and .99 respectively.) This may be a tad expensive but show it can be done. The highest rated is virtual browser for chrome. I think the chrome browser is a tad pricey. You do have to be 17 to download these apps, I guess because you can use them to access video.

Make a 12 second video and post it directly to Twitter. VERY cool!

Saw this mentioned in one of the video tutorials that someone else had pointed to. If you use Tweetdeck you can click the number 12 in the tools at the top and, if you've got a 12second account, you can make a 12 second video of yourself or, if you've got camtwist or similar prpogram, your desktop, and it posts directy to either twitter of Facebook! Now THAT is very cool!
