Age is a huge factor when it comes to getting a job in the United States. Although there are laws in place to prevent it, age discrimination still occurs and is a known issue. Those over 50 years old struggle to find a job that would accept them into the workforce as they are seen 'unworkable'. Its studied that those who stay busier at that age have better and improved health and with those that do not develop disabilities earlier on.

These children with learning disabilities are not accommodated while trying to join their peers that may not have any disability, in school.
