Though business oriented, this blog post points to some excellent features for teachers to use Evernote, including sharing folders and some keyboard shortcuts.

Free book (pdf) from the British Council, written by Gary Motteram. Probably published early 2012. Has sections on primary education, secondary, and general adult language education, ESP and Business English, EAP, and assessment. Nice examples from real classrooms.

Has quite a few categories, e.g., business, daily life, news & politics, technology, etc. So you can practice in specific subject areas.
