This is pretty cool! Using a unique animation technique involving traditional animation cels and his iphone 5s, Hombre Mcsteez turns everyday life into an odd creature infested cartoon universe.

Thank you for sharing this link. I really enjoyed watching this video! It gave so many different aspects of art and it helped me how to give a definition of art.
  •
Interesting sharing! I really like the way it's talk about art with a humorous cartoon. It brings me wilder thinking about the implication of art and how to classify and define art works.
  •
Interesting video. Really makes you think about what art is in a different way. It made me think outside the box.
  •
Thank you! That was hilarious, but at the same time... thought provoking. I very much agree that art needs to elicit an emotional response or a narrative. It's got to move the viewer in some way...as far as I'm concerned, anyway. And who doesn't love Creature Comforts?

Painting elephants at the Oregon Zoo - 0 views

Okay I am unsure if this qualifies as an art world or anything note worthy. I however thought it was fun and interesting. So I have always heard that animals could "create" art in various ways but i had never seen it. Through looking for another thing to post i stumbled upon this and thought id share! The link provided is to watch the oregon zoos elephants paint pictures that are largely better than what I could do. http://youtu.be/4KW5y7SmQq4

That is a really fun video, I think these paintings could reflect different characteristic of the elephant, and their emotion while they painting, it is really amazing.

Red Rocks Amphitheater in Golden, Colorado - 0 views

If you think of Red Rocks Park as just a beautiful place to see a concert, think again! Around you are 868 acres of deer, dinosaurs, pines and prairie, geological wonders and spectacular vistas. At 6,450 feet above sea level, Red Rocks Park is a unique transitional zone where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains. The diverse environment allows visitors to see plants, birds and animals of both regions. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a geological phenomenon - the only naturally-occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheatre in the world. From Sting and The Beatles, to opera stars and U2, every artist aspires to play on this magical, spiritual and emotional stage.
