    This service is pure genius.
One thing you changed though was the ability to remove tags from a search thus widening it again. You used to have little minus icons as well as pluses.

Congratulations on a very smart system. You have done a perfect interface for tag filtering. So many sites just allow one tag. This is a perfect implemention of what I called 'progressive knowledge base vocabulary filtering' when I recommended it for Rolls-Royce on my MSc.

I had the very same idea. Infact an addon that creates a close button for all toobars at the end of each toolbar. Or as you say a small panel of icons in the navigation toolbar that toggle. Real estate is very important. You paid for a monitor of a certain size and are losing maybe £5 per toolbar.

I think a "toggle" button in the FF navigation toolbar which will show and hide the Diigo toolbar will help alot in preventing unnecessary clutter to the browser. (same as in e.g. stumbleupon, facebook and other toolbars.

Diigo should put the bookmarks as drop down menus in the toolbar for quick access. - 58 views

I think the bookmarks should be put in the toolbar to save going to the diigo site to look for links.
Also they need the tag filter method of choosing more than one tag to filter at the same time, as used with Google Notebook.
Finally they need a method for looking at the bookmarks for a certain member of a group; just his bookmarks for that group.
    I would also like folders.
Finally I would like to save elsewhere to yahoo bookmarks.
Also with media becoming increasingly video based this current method of highlighting will be less effective. What is needed is a system that allows highlighting and sticky notes to be displayed at certain times in a video so that diigo users may comment on them in the same way. How difficult is this?
