I think I'm having the same prob, but I'd say the tags aren't link to the bookmarks. When I click on my tags, no bookmarks show up. The only way to access bookmarks is to scroll down the main "my bookmarks" page.

Hello I experienced the same problem about tag filter. I trust you to fix it very soon : I just vote for diigo in webware award ;-). I use diigo every day.
Do you recommend us to stop bookmarking until fixing or can we go on?

Delicious.com is an excellent alternative/backup.
