In this writing/speaking activity students talk about their holiday experiences using negative and positive adjectives. Students should try to be be creative while writing the postcards. I think this activity can be good for pre-intermediate level. 

this is a fun activity for beginners to practice body parts and animals. I'm thinking of trying it with my students since we are now learning body parts and animals. 

This is a very good ice breaker, it can work with all levels. I think the students will appreciate the creativity of their teacher to use M&M's in order to get acquainted with her (the teacher) as well as with each other. I think this can also work with kids, only in that case the teacher would ask the SS to tell about themselves in their native language.

This is by the way a great activity. I have tried on my students and I have got wonderful results. Of course, I have given to my 7th and 8th grade students as I think they could write about the topic better. Do u know what the results where; in the letter they reflected about their aims and future profession. I think that this activity is a free writing activity which can even enhance studets' imagination.

Through this activity a learner can enlarge his/her stock of vocabulary, to think how to find out any substitute word. I tried it out with my son who is 11 years old but he encountered on some difficulties from the beginning which i think will be overcome if i redo the activity several times.

Dear all, here is a link where I found a collection of strange signs. You may enjoy sharing it with your students or colleagues. Actually it is not an activity but it is an excellent raw material for creating a good activity. For example you may ask your students to decide what is wrong in these signs and getting students to correct them. Since the list is very funny and authentic I think it is very motivating for discussing it too so this may become a very good topic for the classroom discussion. Anyway I think you may create an excellent activity for the development of your students' speaking skills.

Hang mouse is an excitement game for elementary level players; it is very fruitful for vocabulary enhancement. I like the way it is designed and animated, there are also some sound effects thus the game is attractive and dynamic.

the activity is pretty challenging. It fits intermediate and higher level students. One can choose the topic, there is a range of it, then go on guessing a word. usually there are 7 guess chances which did motivated the stduent. He really enjoyed the activity, however I think students will enjoy even more if they have already some knowledge of the topic, then it gets really interesting.

A very good and engaging tool to use in the classroom and have a follow up discussion. Everybody loves spekaing about their wishes, this way they will watch a video, have some vocabulary on the topic and then express their wishes. I think this way the students will be very engaged in the discussion and improve both their listening and speaking skills. This will best work with adults or young adults, intermediate level. I haven't used it yet in my classes, but I will for sure:)

Enjoy this fun dictionary game. Use hints from the word machine to help you find the correct words to label the products hidden inside the boxes. Look up the dictionary and think about which adjective, verb or noun best fits the clue.

This game may interest mainly kids. I think they will have fun playing and learning new words. I am sure the visuals can help them a lot.

This game can be very useful for revising grammar rules connected with Present Simple and Present Continuous. I think the learners will play this game with great pleasure as it`s fun. I piloted this game with my students I should say they liked it a lot.

Vocabulary is Fun! Just ask learners! This game enables high school students to practice homophones and insert the right answer for the question asked. It has several levels of difficulty, so the players are free to chose the level they can manage. I think, this game is very educational for foreign learners, as well.

Storytelling a such an activity that nearly all kids like. I am thinking of giving this activity to my EEC students. Although this activity will be i+1 for them and maybe too challenging. Anyway, this is a good activity and can be effective for improving both reading and listening comprehension.

I tried the game out, and I think it's a nice activity for developing spelling through listening to the word and catching the letters one by one so that to get the whole word. It's useful for children who already have some command of English.

If one has difficulties in teaching feelings it is a good way to practice them. Via shooting activity kids listen to the word and shot the correct picture.

Another useful game that enriches vocabulary for ESL students, who already have some knowledge of English. This game is especially good in experiencing different situations, learning new words that are proper for that context. I think, it's also fun!

This activity can be used for teaching how to create an e-card. I tried this with my sister. She liked it. I think that this activity should be used with low-intermediate or elementary level students motivating their learning and developing creativity.

A really good game to teach baking vocabulary including food and ingredients. I think it's a good idea to play with a girl, as the idea of baking a cake will be motivating.

* This painting game is good to teach or/and revise vocabulary as well as to practice listening and reading skills. I have practiced it with my 5 year old son. Though he can not read, with this activity he practiced listening, repeated known words and assimilated new vocabulary. And he enjoyed it very much! I think that other 5 -7 year old kids also will like it.

Interesting! I myself played it. I think, this can be entertaining for teens especially as it includes basketball game as well and can be played either individually or in pairs.
